There is a time difference between the pupils who leave school at about 3:30p.m and the parents who get off work after 5:00p.m in the two-career families,then the "three-and-a-halfpoint problem" comes after it.It is also plaguing countless families and gradually rising into a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.In order to solve the problem of primary school students' after-school care and education,the Ministry of Education has issued the "Guidance on the After-school Service for Primary and Secondary School Students",advocating that all primary and secondary schools take the initiative to undertake the educational responsibility after class,and carry out the after-school trusteeship education according to local conditions.Many provinces and municipalities have successively introduced specific measures to implement the policy of the after-school trusteeship education of primary school students according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education.The after-school trusteeship education of primary school students in China has made initial progress based on experience.But many areas come out many problems in the specific implementation with the stage of exploration.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out empirical research on the after-school trusteeship education of primary school students to improve it.And we had better promote the development of the after-school trusteeship education in schools from benign development to high-quality development.In this study,A district in Chongqing which is the pilot area of the after-school trusteeship education in primary schools was selected as the research scope.The questionnaires were prepared from three dimensions which are the needs,implementation and evaluation of afterschool trusteeship education.660 parents of primary school students in A district of Chongqing were investigated for wondering the implementation status of after-school trusteeship education in A district.The K primary school,which is a model school of the after-school trusteeship education in primary school in Chongqing,is selected as the research object.The observation method is used to conduct the field investigation of the after-school trusteeship education in this school,and the school is interviewed by interview method.To gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of after-school trusteeship education in this school,the leaders,teachers,and students will be conducted in-depth interviews.According to the survey results,the successful experience of the after-school trusteeship education in A district of Chongqing and the K primary school in A district is summarized.On this basis,it is proposed that the after-school trusteeship education in this school should expand the form of content,broaden the scope and establish a multi-partnership.The faculty arrangement should be based on the teachers,and the cooperative institutions as a supplement.It is so important,that the quality should be improved,and the flexible school leaving system should be established.Also,we should improve the system and establish a long-term protection system.And it is all for other schools` reference,at the same time,I hope it can promote the improvement and development of the quality of the after-school trusteeship education in primary schools.
