With the deepening of the new round of basic education reform,the comprehensive quality of primary school students has been received extensive attention from all walks of life.As an important part of Chinese core accomplishment,oral communicative competence is a necessary competence for modern citizens.Cultivating students' oral communicative competence can well improve the ability of using language and the comprehensive accomplishment of students.According to the relevant research,the low stage of primary school is not only the key stage of children's language acquisition,but also the key stage of fostering learning interest and good learning habits.However,due to the influence of exam-oriented education,oral communication teaching has been marginalized,and students' oral communication ability has many shortcomings.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the methods of improving the first grade pupils' oral Chinese communicative competence.Based on the relevant principles of behavior change technology and the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards for the oral communication ability of low-grade primary school students,this study determined the oral communication ability of first-grade primary school students into three dimensions: listening ability,expression ability and oral communication literacy.Combined with behavior change technology of plasticity and observability behavior principle to design A grade primary school Chinese oral communication ability classroom behavior observation records,using the method of observation and interview method to investigate Chinese oral communication ability and the teachers' teaching present situation in first-grade students of Chongqing A primary school,and analyzes the status quo of the results.Then according to the weak links in teaching and students' specific learning situation to design a targeted experimental program.Before the experiment,the students' oral Chinese communication ability was tested by using the observation table,and the behavior intervention was carried out in the experimental class for eight weeks.After the experiment,the observation table was tested,and the experiment was followed up one month after the experiment.According to the requirements of Chinese curriculumstandard and students' learning situation,the experimental content is designed in combination with Chinese teaching materials,following the cognitive development characteristics of first-grade students and the law of language acquisition,using cooperative and exploratory learning activities to stimulate learning interest and cultivate good oral communication habits.The results are as follows:1.The oral Chinese communicative competence of the first-grade students and the teaching status of the teachers' in Chongqing A primary school are as follows: For the students,the listening habits are poor and their listening ability is insufficient;they are poor in language organization and logical thinking,mandarin and the ability of expression.;the students lack the communication literacy and the power of family education.For the teachers,the teaching objective of oral communication is not clear,the teaching consciousness is not strong,the classroom practice is not enough,the teaching method is monotonous and traditional,and the teaching evaluation function is missing.2.The plan for improving oral communicative competence has a good effect on students' oral communicative competence,and is conducive to the improvement of primary school students' communicative interest,communicative habits and comprehensive quality.
