The development of rural areas is diversified. One of the aspects to achieve revitalization is to develop basic education,to make the rural population have higher literacy and cultural level, and to train enough talents to support the “rural revitalization” strategy. As far as rural basic education is concerned, its publicity is the focus of this article. The publicity of education is the core concept and value of the modern public education system. The main body of responsibility and the main body of supply for modern public education are the government. Can the public education products provided by the government be public, and whether the policies implemented can guarantee the publicity of education? Practice will have a huge impact on the public nature of modern public education.Local governments will have a lack of publicity in public education for a variety of reasons, and problems may arise in the provision of public services, policy implementation, distribution of educational resources, and capacity building. From the perspective of publicity in political science, the article takes the rural basic education of Guangxi Rongshui Miao Autonomous County as a model, visits and examines relevant contents, analyzes the current problems of the county's public education in rural areas, and finds the cause of the problem.Through the use of theoretical tools such as political theory and public theory,we can find a way to solve existing problems from the perspective of publicity,so as to provide reference for the areas that also have public problems in rural basic education, and then for social equity.Better realize the path of expansion and further promote the all-round development of China.
