With the rapid development of China's economy and the growing demand for applied talents in the society,in order to accelerate the development of vocational education,optimize the structure of higher education,and solve the problems of graduates' employment difficulties and low employment quality,China has guided some local ordinary undergraduate universities to apply.The transformation of colleges and universities.This means that the curriculum structure,personnel training mode and teacher structure of the university should be adjusted accordingly,which also challenges students' learning activities.College students are the main subjects of college teaching,and the concept of learning is a relatively long-lasting concept based on certain learning experiences.The concept of learning of students in transition universities not only affects their learning methods,learning behaviors,but also influences the transition schools.Cultivating the quality of talents,therefore,guiding the transformation of college students to establish a positive and correct view of learning is one of the issues that cannot be ignored in the transformation and development of colleges and universities.This paper investigates and studies the Shenyang Engineering College in Shenyang,Liaoning Province,and conducts research through the issuance of questionnaires and interviews.The purpose is to understand the current situation of students' learning and the factors that influence the formation of the learning concept.The study included students from the first to the fourth year.First,by looking up relevant literature at home and abroad,the subject of this study was determined,and an outline of surveys and interviews was developed.The questionnaire analyzes the status quo of learning from three dimensions of cognition,behavior and attitude,including cognition of school transformation,cognition of the nature of learning,behavior of learning and attitude towards learning.In addition,interviews were conducted with some students and teachers in the school to enrich the content of the survey.Through the processing of questionnaire data and interview content,we can understand the status quo of students' attitudes in transition universities,explore whether students' learning views are compatible with the school's transformational development goals,and analyze the factors affecting the formation of students' learning concept in transition universities.The transition school made effective recommendations.The research results show that among the 761 students surveyed,most of them have positive learning views.They have clear learning objectives,strong practical ability and adapt to the development of school transformation.However,some students are not aware of the transformation of the school,and the attitude of the learning concept is negative,the purpose of learning is utilitarian,and the future of their profession is in a state of confusion.In terms of influencing factors,college teachers have the greatest influence on students and play a leading role in the development of students' learning concept.In addition,school system,social needs,family background and peer groups also have an important impact on the formation of students' learning concept.Therefore,the transitional universities should strengthen the propaganda of school transformation and the construction of campus culture,give play to the guiding and infecting role of campus activities to students;further improve the examination system and attach importance to the assessment of students' comprehensive ability;teachers of transitional universities should constantly improve their own Professional ability,attach importance to the influence of teachers on students;improve the teaching conditions of the school,provide material basis for students' practical learning,and guide students in transition to form a positive and good learning concept.
