The problem of tired of learning,in today's high school campus,is not limited to a small number of students,but is universally existing in the majority of student groups,which has become the consensus of today's educational circles.The problem of students' tiredness is far-reaching,and their academic performance,physical and mental health,etc.are closely related to them.Therefore,the problem of tiredness has been widely concerned by families,schools and society.The high school stage is a crucial period for students to study,and it is also a high incidence of tiredness.In order to better promote students' academic development and improve their physical and mental health,it is particularly important to carry out a series of psychological group counseling intervention courses for students who are tired of learning and to integrate them into daily teaching.In order to study the intervention effect of psychological drama group counseling on high school students' tiredness,choose a school high school student 32.As the experimental group,32 people were randomly selected from other students who were tired of learning as the control group.A single factor experimental design was adopted and no intervention was taken for the control group.The experimental group was subjected to psychological group intervention,and the intervention time was three classes per week and every other week,lasting for three months.The design scheme is from the eight barriers to learning because of the starting point of each curriculum design,including family-induced attitudes,social causes,school-induced attitudes,self-generating attitudes,tired of learning,and motivation to learn.Indolent personality characteristics,tired of learning specific behaviors,the group psychological counseling and psychological drama this psychological intervention technology effectively combined,the experimental group students intervention.The pre-intervention and post-intervention measurements were compiled using Chen Xuesong's “Study on the Middle School Students' Discomfort Scale”.After T-test analysis,the data of the disgusting psychology scale showed: 1.The total score of the disgusting scale of the experimental group and the control group after intervention.There was a significant difference,and the total score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.2.After the intervention,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in the family reasons of disgusting attitude,the social reasons of disgusting attitude,the school cause of disgusting attitude,the cause of disgusting attitude,the feeling of disgusting and the personality of disgusting.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.In the process of continuous strengthening of daily teaching,the design of psychological drama group psychological counseling activities can reduce the level of disability of high school students from many aspects,can be integrated with school teaching courses,promote each other,worthy of Promoted in high school teaching.2,group psychological counseling intervention can effectively improve the school-age state of high school students,but still can not completely reduce the level of school-weariness of high school students,need one-on-one follow-up counseling on the case,the combination of the two can achieve the best Intervention effect.
