Study On Group Counseling Intervention Of Psychological Members' Empathy In Universities

In recent years,In recent years,psychological health education in colleges and universities has received increasing attention,but staff engaged in mental health education are far from meeting needs.Therefore,universities develop psychological members with certain psychological knowledge and skills to help schools solve the education problems of students' mental health.At present,the research on the training of psychology committee members in China is still in the exploratory stage which needs the further research.The purpose of this study is to improve the level of empathy among psychological council members in colleges and universities,and from the perspective of empathy,the author has compiled a guide book for psychological committee members' empathy of universities,through adopting the manual on group counseling to improve the level of psychological members 'empathy in universities.In this study,the interpersonal response index(IRI-C)was used to investigate the status of 1314 psychology committee members of seven universities in Yunnan province and to understand the current situation of the psychology committee members' empathy;on the basis of the investigation results of the current situation and the analysis of previous literature,the author compiled the empathy manual for the psychological members of universities;the 30 psychological members of Yunnan Normal University were selected as the study subjects,and this study used the quasi-experimental design which through contrasting the front and back test of the experimental group and the control group to test the manual's efficiency.The leader of the manual guide group counseling will conduct 8 weeks of group counseling for the experimental group to explore the effect of group counseling on the empathy of college psychology committee members,and preliminary verify the rationality of the manual structure,the guidance of content,the effectiveness of group counseling programs and the guidance on the implementation of group counseling.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The level of empathy of college psychology committee is better,and onlygender variables had a significant influence on college psychological committee,major,homeplace,whether only child,whether attending theory training,whether attending mental skill training,whether carried out psychological counseling in class and other demographic variables has no significant influence to the empathy of college psychological commissioner.2.The <group counseling manual for improving psychological committee members' empathy of universities> mainly includes preface,catalog,instruction,theoretical basis,technology introduction,group counseling program,effectiveness evaluation and appendix,the instructions include the user of the manual,manual applicable object,manual target,screening of object,operation procedure and so on.3.Group counseling can significantly improve the level of empathy among university psychological committee members.4.The <group counseling manual for improving psychological committee members' empathy of universities> has a rational construction,and the content is instructive,the group counseling program is effective and has guiding effect on the implementation of group counseling.
