Under the background of the new era,we should speed up the building of a country rich in human resources.At present,college students are the backbone of the future social leadership group,as well as the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.How to stimulate their leadership potential has a more important and direct impact on the socialist construction.College student cadres is outstanding among college students,in the daily study and life often play a positive lead and example demonstration role,the cultivation of their leadership ability can not be ignored.However,according to the feedback of the actual situation,there is a pattern of attaching importance to the selection and use of university student cadres and neglecting the training.Literature has shown that growth group psychological counseling can improve social relations,reduce negative emotions,and enhance the quality of will.However,there are few studies on the cultivation of student cadres’ leadership ability by introducing growing group psychological counseling.In order to improve the understanding of the cultivation of student cadres’ leadership ability,this paper discusses the intervention effect of growing group guidance on student cadres’ leadership ability.In this study,14 class cadres from an administrative class of a university in 2017 were selected as subjects by cluster sampling method.A single group and single factor pre and post test experiment design and a follow-up survey design were adopted to conduct group psychological counseling intervention for the subjects.The following conclusions are drawn: First,the intervention of group psychological counseling on the leadership of college students is effective.The intervention significantly improved the overall level of leadership ability,technical leadership dimension,interpersonal leadership dimension and rational leadership dimension.Second,the intervention on the leadership ability of college students has a sustained effect.Two months later,the overall level and the level of each dimension of the experimental group are slightly higher than the level of the experimental group after the test.The total score of leadership ability,technical leadership dimension and rational leadership dimension have significant differences,while the interpersonal leadership dimension has no significant differences. |
