Building block game is a typical construction game,which has unique val ue to the development of young children.Kindergarten teachers' good buildingblock literacy is an important guarantee to organize and carry out building-blo ck activities.This study takes kindergarten teachers in N city as the research object,using literature,questionnaire,interview and observation methods,respe ctively,from the building block knowledge and the building-block skills.This paper discusses the level of building-block literacy of kindergarten teachers fro m the point of view of the concept of building-block education.This study revolves around the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the problem raising,literature review,concept definition,research significance and research design.The second part introduces the results of the questionnaire survey of kind ergarten teachers' building blocks.Through the analysis of the data,it is found that the kindergarten teachers' building blocks literacy has the following chara cteristics: the kindergarten teachers' overall level of building blocks literacy is higher;From high to low,kindergarten teachers' building-block literacy level is higher than that of ordinary kindergarten teachers' building-block literacy level,in turn,the concept of building-block education,building-block knowledge,an d building-block skills of kindergarten teachers in model garden are higher tha n those in ordinary garden-kindergarten.The level of building block literacy of kindergarten teachers in public gardens is higher than that of kindergarten tea chers in private parks,and the building blocks literacy of kindergarten teachers with different ages,different teaching ages,different professional titles,and di fferent academic qualifications is significantly worse than that of kindergarten t eachers with different ages,different teaching ages,different professional titles and different academic qualifications.Different;kindergarten teachers' professio n has little influence on kindergarten teachers' performance in building blocks.The third part introduces the existing problems and reasons of kindergarten teachers' building blocks.According to the results of the questionnaire and the observation and interview,it is found that the current situation of kindergarten teachers' building block literacy has the following problems: lack of attention andpatience to young children in the activities of building blocks,lack of learning attitude to keep pace with the times,and so on.The knowledge of building blocks is lack of systematicness and is despised;the understanding of the value of building blocks is not deep enough;the ability to provide suitable materials for young children is insufficient;the building block construction skills are very lacking;the analytical ability of works is weak.The main reasons for the above problems are: kindergarten teachers ignore the learning of building block theory;kindergarten teachers to the level of building block construction for young children is insufficient;kindergarten teachers lack experience preparation for building blocks;kindergarten teachers lack practical experience for building blocks.The fourth part introduces some suggestions on how to improve kindergarten teachers' building block literacy.The suggestions are as follows: multi-way learning to increase the knowledge of building blocks;reserving cognitive experience and upgrading building block skills;strengthening the training of building block activities,establishing a scientific view of building block education;carrying out teaching and research activities on building blocks to enrich teachers' practical experience.
