The proposal of core literacy not only meets the needs of students' lifelong learning and development,but also meets the needs of Information Society's sustainable development.The primary school is the key stage of cultivating students'core literacy,mathematics is the basic subject in the primary school stage,and the construction of the Primary School Mathematics Core Literacy framework is the bridge between the core literacy and the primary school mathematics discipline It injects new vitality into the development of mathematics,and plays an important role in cultivating students' rational thinking,logical thinking and scientific spirit.Guided by the theories of Constructivism,Multiple Intelligence Theory and Lifelong Learning Theory,this study is based on the new requirements of curriculum reform By using the methods of literature analysis,Delphi method and data statistics,this paper constructs the dimensions and weight analysis of the elements of primary school mathematics core literacy.By making reference to the mathematics core literacy of Senior High School and the mathematics curriculum standard of primary school,the framework of the elements of the mathematics core literacy of primary school is constructed A total of four rounds of questionnaires,including dimension construction and weight analysis,were administered to an expert group composed of university education researchers,primary school front line mathematics teachers and primary school graduates majoring in mathematics Finally,the framework of Primary School Mathematics Core Literacy is obtained.Having made clear the core qualities that primary school students should have after their mathematics study organized by the school,paying attention to the requirements of the Future Society for the required talents and the students' lifelong development,and meeting the requirements of the educational reform,point the way for curriculum reform.This research constructs and forms the basic framework of Primary School Mathematics Core Literacy,and enriches the related research on the components of Primary School Mathematics Core Literacy in theory This paper provides some empirical data for the researchers who study the core literacy of primary school mathematics in our country at present,and in practice,it tries to provide theoretical basis for the teaching of Primary School Mathematics Teachers in front line,and to guide the teachers to carry out the design of mathematics teaching Improving the teaching level and optimizing the evaluation method of education and teaching.However,due to the limitation of time and limited research ability,there are some deficiencies in the construction and analysis of the research results,and they have not been verified in practice Therefore,the framework of this study needs to be improved in practice,and more data are needed to test it to adapt to the changing future.
