In September 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)",requiring teachers to master the basic methods of observing and recording children,and effectively using observation,conversation,home contact,and analysis of works.Objectively and comprehensively understand and evaluate young children.In October2012,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6",requiring kindergarten teachers to record the behaviors and emotions of children's activities in a comprehensive and objective manner.It is not possible to judge children in a subjective and one-sided manner.the behavior of.Effective observation in kindergartens not only enables teachers to understand children more deeply,but also makes educational decisions based on the specific conditions of young children,promotes the development of young children,and exercises the reflective ability of teachers in the process of observing records.The only way to develop.Games are the basic activities of young children,the building block game is one of the games often carried out by young children.The development of the children's building block game requires teachers to observe and record.The observation record of kindergarten building block game teacher refers to the activities of kindergarten teachers who actively and purposefully write or photograph the behavior process of young children in the building block game and interpret and reflect on it.On the basis of previous researches,this paper attempts to study the status of the observation record of kindergarten game teachers by means of literature method,observation method,interview method and text analysis method.This study first combs the previous research results,finds the logical starting point of the study,and analyzes and explains the basic requirements of observation records.Then,a kindergarten in Guangdong Province was selected as the research object,and a non-participatory observation method was used for a period of six weeks to collect typical events.12 teachers were selected as interviews,semi-structured interviews were conducted,51 text materials were collected from the observation records of teachers 'building blocks games,and attempts were made to analyze the positive aspects,problems,and causes of problems in the observation records of teachers' building blocks games.And put forward corresponding suggestions.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research origin,core concept,literature review,research purpose and significance,research objects and methods.The second part is the basic requirement for the block game teacher observation record.By combing the previous research on "observation record",this study believes that kindergarten teachers' building block game observation records should be positive in observation and record,clear observation record objectives,objective observation record content,accurate observation record interpretation,and sufficient use of observation record results.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the observation record of the kindergarten building block game teacher.The study found that teachers have both positive aspects and some problems in the observation record of building blocks.Positive aspects include the need to identify observation records,focus on randomly generated goals,focus on recording real content,have a sense of scientific interpretation,and focus on observing the results of records to promote the role of early childhood development.The existing problems are mainly manifested in insufficient initiative of observation records,neglecting the formulation of preset targets,neglecting the records of complete contents,insufficient accuracy of interpretation basis,and insufficient use of observation record results.The reasons for this include insufficient knowledge and ability of teachers to observe and record building blocks games,insufficient support for building blocks game observation records in kindergartens,insufficient work experience of teachers,and limited research on building blocks game observation records.The fourth part is to propose solutions to the problems and causes of kindergarten building block game teacher observation records.This study believes that kindergartens should establish a reasonable management system,clear the general objectives of observation records,organize learning activities for observation records,establish a teacher resource pool for building blocks games,and strengthen the collective use of observation records.Teachers should correct the attitude of the record,set the class objectives of the observation record,select appropriate observation and recording tools,pay attention to various interpretations of the behavior of the children's building blocks,and enhance the personal use of the observation record results.
