Rural primary school teachers have made important contributions to rural education,trained generations of children for tens of millions of rural families,and provided a batch of talents for socialist construction.However,due to various factors,rural primary school teachers' professional well-being is relatively low.In recent years,with the implementation of a series of rural education policies and the improvement of rural development environment,the problem of rural primary school teachers' professional well-being deserves further in-depth study.On the basis of literature analysis,241 rural elementary school teachers in Jishui County,Jiangxi Province were randomly selected through questionnaires and interviews.The happiness of rural elementary school teachers was understood from eight dimensions: leadership democracy,environmental comfort,colleague harmony,communication between students' parents,teaching effectiveness,professional identity,work enthusiasm and physical health.Overall,241 rural elementary school teachers' professional well-being is generally in the upper middle level,the extreme difference of happiness score is large,there is polarization phenomenon,teachers' perception of working life is relatively large gap.Teachers can get a higher sense of well-being in the sense of colleague harmony and teaching effectiveness,while they have a lower sense of well-being in the sense of environmental comfort,enthusiasm for work,communication between parents and students,and physical health.In addition,the author also investigates the expectations of rural primary school teachers for rural revitalization.With the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy,rural primary school teachers are most looking forward to the prosperity of material life and spiritual life.For the future development of rural education,rural primary school teachers are most looking forward to rich teaching resources,advanced teaching equipment and improved school-running conditions.It is believed that the greatest opportunities brought about by the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization are "the improvement of livingconditions,the reduction of family economic burden" and "the unified standard of urban and rural faculty establishment,dynamic management";the greatest challenges are "the improvement of ideological quality and moral level of rural teachers" and "the improvement of professional quality and educational and teaching ability of rural teachers".In terms of the influencing factors of rural primary school teachers' occupational well-being,the author combines the results of preliminary investigation and data presentation,and takes interviews as the support to analyze and discuss the four aspects of teachers themselves,the nature of work,interpersonal relations and society.Finally,on the basis of combing the status quo and influencing factors of rural primary school teachers' professional well-being,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions from four aspects: laying the foundation of rural primary school teachers' professional well-being,creating the atmosphere of rural primary school teachers' professional well-being,constructing the space of rural primary school teachers' professional well-being,and guaranteeing the right of rural primary school teachers' professional well-being.
