Purposes:In football,a football player not only needs technical and tactical knowledge,but also needs to have the corresponding physical ability.Strength,especially explosive power,is very important.In the special technical movements of football,there are frequent unilateral force generation phenomena,such as single-leg take-off for the ball on the head,rapid braking,direction change and sprint of the body.Unilateral training is more in line with the characteristics of specific movements.Plyometric training can induce the stretch reflex by increasing appropriate load,and the central nervous system can control the muscles,thus developing strength.Combining unilateral training with Plyometric training,the effects of unilateral and bilateral Plyometric training on lower extremity explosive power of high school female football players were compared.This paper further explores the training methods suitable for high school female football players to improve their explosive power,in order to provide a reference for the training methods of coaches.Methods:Sixteen female football team members from Pingdu No.1 Middle School of Qingdao City were taken as the experimental subjects.Sixteen patients were randomly divided into unilateral Plyometric training group(n=8)and bilateral Plyometric training group(n=8).After six weeks of training,the indicators reflecting lower extremity explosive strength were tested.After the completion of the test,the test data before and after the experiment of the experimental group and the control group were summarized and sorted,and the statistical software SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Pair sample T test was conducted within the group.Independent sample t-test was selected for analysis between groupsResult:Unilateral Plyometric training group after the experiment stand on your feet jump,standing long jump his left foot,right foot standing long jump,T sensitive test,20 m left foot hop,the five indicators before and after the experiment show very significant difference(P<0.01),20 m right foot hop show significant difference(P<0.05),30 m testing programs also have improved,but in no significant difference before and after the experiment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the two indexes of the height of the legs and the peak power of the legs before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the two indexes of the height of the dominant legs and the peak power of the dominant legs before and after the experiment(P<0.01).Bilateral Plyometric training group after the experiment feet standing long jump,standing long jump his left foot,right foot standing long jump,sensitive T test,20 m right foot hop these five indicators before and after the experiment show very significant difference(P<0.01),20 m left foot hop show significant difference(P<0.05),30 m improved on the test,but in the before and after the experiment there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There were significant differences in CMJ jumping leg peak power before and after the experiment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in CMJ jumping leg height,dominant leg height and dominant leg peak power before and after the experiment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the rate of improvement of standing long jump test and t-sensitivity test of right foot between unilateral r Plyometric training group and bilateral Plyometric training group(P<0.05).In the CMJ jump test,there were significant differences in the performance improvement rate of CMJ jump height and peak power of the dominant leg before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of improvement of other data indicators.Conclusions:(1)Unilateral Plyometric training group and bilateral Plyometric training group have significant effects on improving the performance of lower extremity explosive force,which is an effective training method to improve lower extremity explosive force.(2)For a period of six weeks,the unilateral Plyometric training twice a week has a good effect on the standing long jump and the improvement of T agility.(3)Bilateral Plyometric training twice a week for six weeks was more helpful to improve the height of the legs,and unilateral Plyometric training twice a week for six weeks was more helpful to improve the height of the dominant legs.In order to improve the performance of single foot jump,the effect of unilateral Plyometric training is better.Unilateral Plyometric training group has more training effect on unilateral limb force movement.(4)Twice a week unilateral and bilateral Plyometric training for six weeks improved 30m sprint test scores to some extent,but there was no statistically significant difference.
