Plyometric training has been widely applied to sports training practice in our country, and has achieved fruitful results. However, there are still many problems in the application of young people. On the one hand, the cycle of training Plyometric and the load intensity still need to be further studied based on the characteristics of the population and the project; on the other hand, how to use the elastic potential energy effectively under the principle of safety and effectiveness. Therefore, this paper will use the plyometric training theories and methods of volleyball athletes lower limb outbreak force factors were studied, to investigate the suitability of the training load intensity of juvenile volleyball players special ability improvement,Research from Jilin University, Institute of physical education sports training professional choice 16 young male volleyball players, divided into the experimental group and the control group, respectively with 8 weeks of regular weight-bearing strength training and plyometric training. The experimental group will carry on the heavy load jump and squat jump training, the control group was high leg and leapfrog training.By measuring the dynamic parameters of the CMJ and the lower limb muscle strength before and after the experiment, we get the relevant data, and through the comparison and analysis of the data, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Volleyball players peak force performance has greatly improved. The experimental group increased by 12.3%, the control group increased by as high as 13.08%, showing that there was no difference between the two groups, and from the peak power, power unit and fast strength index equivalence see the mean than before the experiment significantly improve and enhance its magnitude to is obviously superior to the control group.(2)Volleyball athletes lower limb hip joint, knee joint, ankle joint flexor extensor peak torque have increased significantly, such as hip flexor group peak torque of the experimental group was increased up to 9.6%, while the control group was increased to 2.2%, compared with other data can be found in the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in growth compared; in the lower extremity joint flexor and extensor peak power value changes on, experiment increases significantly, growth is generally higher than the control group.(3) 8 weeks after training, the experimental group on the CMJ test scores, with an average increase of 4.8 + 1.3cm, an increase of 15.1%, and traditional weight-bearing exercise group average increase rate was 2.1 + 0.5, enhance the rate of 6.4%, indicating that plyometric training to improve the volleyball players of vertical jump performance is more effective.
