| The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly pointed out that the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing good living needs and unbalanced and inadequate development.People's basic needs for materials and culture have been met.Along with the advent of the experience economy era,the social consumption structure has been continuously upgraded.Mountain outdoor sports industry as a highly-experimented health campaign has ushered in new opportunities for growth in the context of consumer upgrading.The multi-sectoral joint release of the Mountain Outdoor Sports Industry Development Plan pointed out that to expand the total scale of the mountain outdoor sports industry and upgrade its industrial energy level,the industrial scale should reach 400 billion yuan by 2020.and become an important force for social and economic growth.However,there are still many problems in the development of mountain outdoor sports industry in China,and the industrial energy level is far from enough.Therefore,under the environment of consumption upgrade,it is very important to evaluate the energy level of outdoor sports in China's mountainous regions and to study its industrial energy level upgrading strategy.This article takes the development of mountain outdoor sports industry as the research object and aims to promote the energy level of the outdoor sports industry in mountainous regions in China.First of all,the use of content analysis methods,literature and data methods to analyze the development process of the mountain outdoor sports industry in our country and the political,economic,social,and technological environment of the mountain outdoor sports industry development,found that China's mountain outdoor sports industry development is facing favorable environmental advantages;Secondly,through the past research on industrial energy level indicators,18 energy evaluation indicators for the outdoor sports industry in our country have been extracted,and the weights of each indicator have been calculated using the principal component analysis method.Combined with the index weights,the development situation in China was analyzed and it was found that the energy level of the mountain outdoor sports industry in China was in its infancy and had achieved certain results.However,industrial development still has problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,relatively weak industrial infrastructure,unsound industrial system,and incompetent R&D capability;Finally,based on the importance of the energy level indicators of the mountain outdoor sports industry and the current state of energy shortages facing China's industrial development,We should put forward specific measures to enhance the key indicators of industrial energy levels in the areas of mountain outdoor sports products and service structures,green development of mountain outdoor sports industry,consumption demand of mountain outdoor sports,proportion of mountain outdoor sports output,and integration of mountain outdoor sports industry,ultimately achieve industrial upgradingFor the first time,this study collated the texts of relevant policies for mountain outdoor sports industry,analyzed the effectiveness of policy structure and policies by content analysis,and provided the basis for the formulation of mountain outdoor sports industrial policies.For the first time,the environment and development potential were introduced into the SCP's development paradigm E-SCP-P,and applied to the construction of the industrial energy level index system.Finally,the importance of various indicators of the industrial energy level was identified,and provided a scientific basis for further upgrading industrial energy levels. |
