Nowadays,developing rapidly,information technology has permeated all aspects of society.What's more,the network and multimedia have gradually played a more vital role in the field of education,and therefore,a new teaching method,micro-course,has emerged.Micro-course not only renews the traditional educational ideas in China but also promotes an information-based reform of our educational model.Besides,it has become a teaching resource widely employed by teachers and students and one of the focuses of public concern.At present,a large number of teachers,experts and scholars are concerned about the research on the theory,mode and case analysis of the design and application of Microbiology Course in senior high school.Whereas,most of the microbiology courses used are simple linear playing mode with little interaction.Additionally,there are few cases of using ScreenFlash software to make micro-courses,and worse still,there are fewer cases of the design and application of a series of microbiology classes on a specific topic.And the topic of Molecules of Constituting Cells is seldom researched.Therefore,under the guidance of relevant educational theories,this thesis takes Molecules of Constituting Cells as an example,and uses ScreenFlash software to produce a series of thematic micro-courses that meet the requirements of high school biology.Guided by Cognitive Load Theory,Constructivism Theory and Dell's "Tower of Experience" Theory,in this study,the researcher uses literature research,case study,experimental research,interviews and questionnaires.The subject characteristics of high school biology and the function of ScreenFlash software are integrated,and the chapter "Molecules that make up cells" is chosen as the case.This paper explores the design and production of biology micro-courses,takes the "Elements and Compounds in Cells" as an example,introduces the process of making micro-course in detail,and summarizes the generalprocess of designing and making biology micro-courses in senior high school by using this software.Finally,it is put into practice.Through data analysis of tests,questionnaires and interviews on the evaluation of the effect of micro-courses,the conclusion can be drawn that the series of micro-courses produced by ScreenFlash promote the teaching effect to a certain extent,which is approved by students and in-service teachers,and therefore granting ScreenFlash good application prospects in high school biology.
