For a long time,China's underdeveloped areas have been at a disadvantage in education.The development level of rural teachers in underdeveloped areas needs to be improved urgently in all aspects,the most important of which is the professional development of rural teachers.Our countiy has always attached great importance to the professional development of rural teachers in underdeveloped areas.Documents have been issued many times to ensure the continuous optimization and updating of rural teachers in underdeveloped areas.The emergence of "Internet+" has broken the limitation of traditional teacher education in time and space;so that rural teachers in less developed areas have gained the same development platform as urban teachers in developed areas.Many of them have used the Internet as a platform to carry out teacher education activities.However,due to the traditional mode of thinking,rural teachers have encountered many problems and difficulties in their professional development through the"Internet+" platform.Therefore,only by fully understanding the current situation of the professional development of rural teachers in less developed areas under the background of"Internet+",and aiming at the problems found in the current situation,can we promote the rural teachers in China's less developed areas with the help of the Internet.Professional developnent provides feasible suggestions.First of all,this study combs the relevant research status at home and abroad.On this basis,it expounds the relevant concepts of "Internet+" less developed areas and rural teachers'professional development,as well as the relevant theoretical foundation of teachers' professional development,online learning and Internet thinking.Then,the questionnaire and interview outline of rural teachers' professional development in less developed areas under the background of "Internet+" were compiled.Through questionnaires and interviews,a total of 236 questionnaires were sent out through questionnaires combined with online and offline surveys.The undeveloped areas such as Dezhou,Binzhou,Linyi and Heze in Shandong Province were investigated,and Guizhou and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions were surveyed.Some primary and secondary school teachers and school leaders in some underdeveloped areas such as the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Gansu,Xinjiang,Uygur Autonomous Region and Qinghai province have visited 11 people in charge of Education Bureau of some counties and districts in Shandona province to understand the current situation of professional development of rural teachers in less developed areas under the background of "Internet+" Body and difference analysis.Finally,according to the analysis results,the problems are summarized,the main reasons are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems are put forward.In this paper,we use the data statistics and analysis software such as "questionnaire star",Excel and SPSS to conduct a statistical analysis of 230 effective questionnaires collected,and analyze the overall situation and differences of the professional development survey results of rural teachers in less developed areas under the background of "Internet+" The differences in attitude,conditions and measures are mainly analyzed from three aspects:region,section,school and measure.In addition,the differences in attitude and measures are also analyzed from six aspects:gender,age,teaching age,specialty,educational background and subject of rural teachers.Through investigation,we find that there are the following problems in the professional development of rural teachers in the "Internet+" underdeveloped areas:from rural teachers,school heads to relevant education departments,the importance of "Internet+M rural teachers'professional development is not enough,there is a wrong understanding of the relationship between "Internet+" form and traditional form;school hardware facilities are not complete.multimedia classrooms and teachers.The use of computers should be strengthened;the efficiency of rural teachers' use of the "Internet+" platform is low;the relevant measures in schools are lack of expert guidance,and the relevant systems are imperfect.The main reasons for the problems are:insufficient attention from relevant departments,insufficient time and energy for rural teachers to complete relevant training courses,low information technology ability of rural teachers,unskilled computer operation,imperfect construction of relevant platforms,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward countenneasures and suggestions to promote the professional development of rural teachers in underdeveloped areas under the background of "Internet+",and constructs the "Internet+" professional development support system for rural teachers in less developed areas.
