Research On The Development Countermeasures Of The Service Community Of Primary And Middle Schools' Stadiums In Linfen City Of Shanxi Province

After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics opened a new era.The main contradiction of society is transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a good life and the unbalanced and unbalanced development.People's demand for fitness is growing day by day.People in various industries began to improve their physical health through physical exercise,and there was a "fitness boom" in the society.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,in order to better help people improve their health,The State Council issued the outline of the National Fitness Program 2016-2020.It is pointed out that the overall target of "increasing the number of people who regularly take part in physical exercise from 364 million on 2015 to 435 million on 2020" during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period is realized,in combination with the actual situation in Linfen City."By 2020,the city's urban and rural residents' awareness of physical fitness has generally increased,the number of people taking part in physical exercise has steadily increased,and their physical quality has improved significantly.The number of people who take part in physical exercise once a week or more reaches 2 million,and the number of people who regularly take part in physical exercise in the whole city reaches 1.6million."By using the methods of Literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics etc,this paper analyzes the present situation of the sports stadiums and stadiums in primary and secondary schools in Linfen City,Shanxi Province.The current situation of the service community(number of venues,service hours,service objects,etc.)is investigated.It is known that the contradiction between the increasing number of exercise and the unbalanced resource of existing gymnasiums and gymnasiums has become an important influencing factor of residents' fitness exercise.Through the factor analysis of the influencing factors of the service community in urban and middle school gymnasiums in Linfen City of Shanxi Province by the principal component analysis method,five main factors are obtained: policy protection and institutional management factors,campus responsibility and safety prevention factors,and schools' emphasis on Community residents' awareness factors,sports facilities and resource factors,and special funds for schools are the preconditions for the provision of effective suggestions and innovative countermeasures for Lintong City's urban and middle school gymnasium resources to better serve community development,and to promote the Linyi City National Fitness Implementation Plan.The specific implementation of(2016-2020)provides a theoretical reference for the community in the stadiums and gymnasiums in both primary and secondary schools.To resolve the contradiction between the increasing number of exercise and the unbalanced resource of existing gymnasiums and gymnasiums,it is necessary to coordinate as a whole and give precise measures.This paper,combined with the reality of Linfen City,puts forward the following innovative development strategies: 1to establish and perfect various management systems,To give full play to the restraint function of the system,to establish a school safety management system,to clarify the responsibility for safety accidents,to change the concept of government,school and community responsible persons,and to raise the awareness of the importance of school service to the community.Reasonable arrangement and improvement of school resources,widening the sources of funds,and enhancing the investment of all parties.
