Research On The Current Situation Of "Mini Basketball Seed School" In Beijing

In order to further promote the development of basketball in China,starting from children and teenagers,the Chinese basketball association implemented the "mini basketball" development plan in November 2017.Beijing responded positively.Beijing basketball association and municipal education commission jointly launched the "mini basketball seed school" in Beijing,hoping to influence and promote the development of mini basketball in primary schools around Beijing through the demonstration role of seed schools.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical reference for the sustainable development of "mini basketball seed schools" in Beijing through the investigation and study of the current situation of "mini basketball seed schools" in Beijing.This paper mainly USES the methods of literature,investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Beijing mini school basketball seeds are a newly established specialized basketball work organization,composed of "head of sports +,the head of a principal work + mini basketball coaches" management system,83.3% of the seeds of school choice and off-campus institutions cooperation development mini basketball,the coach is composed of school physical education teachers and outside professional coach,external coaches proportion to 40% of the total number of the coach,and little more situation of basketball coaches,89.7% of the coaches for the bachelor's degree,title structure is given priority to with primary,secondary,71.8% for basketball professional trainers.2.Beijing mini basketball school main sources of funds by the city board of education,the city basketball association allocations and each school transfer,including all the seed schools have been from the school and the mini basketball development funds,91.7% of seed school won a ranking transfer of funds,83.3% of the seed schools received funding from the municipal,district education commission,33.3% of seed school won the city,area of sports funding,there is only one seed schools there are other project funding sources.3.All the seed schools are different degrees of change the corresponding standard mini basketball court and equipment,have added a little basket,basketball and auxiliary equipment,25% of seed school added a standard basketball court,91.7% of the school has two pieces and above standard basketball court,schools the number of new small basket ranged from 2 to 21,50% of the seed needs a small number of basketball reached school students,66.7% said the school has plenty of auxiliary equipment.4.75% of the seed schools have opened small basketball courses,but only 41.7% of the schools have mini basketball school-based teaching materials.83.3% of the seed schools added echelon,most of the seed schools established the echelon of U8,U10 andU12,and 75% of the seed schools trained more than 5 times a week.41.7% of the seed schools enhanced the construction of campus basketball culture through class bulletin boards,publicity boards,culture walls,WeChat public accounts and other forms.There are also some deficiencies in the development process of small basketball in seed schools.For example,the professional level of teachers and the situation of teacher training need to be improved.All seed schools say that the funds are not enough.
