The development of mental health of children and adolescents has become one of the important tasks in the field of education at present, and self-consciousness is one of the hot research topics.AIDS children and adolescents are a special group, and their physical and mental development has received widespread attention from society. The distortion or obstacle of self-consciousness in the process of children's growth is often an important cause of personality abnormalities and personality disorders. The development of self-consciousness of AIDS children and adolescents is even more so.In the research on psychological intervention of special children at home and abroad, adaptive sports as a special intervention method has achieved significant positive effects.Shanxi Linyi Red Ribbon School is currently the only school in China that implements “three concentration” management for AIDS children and adolescents. This study attempts to explore the impact of adaptive physical education Courses on the students' self-consciousness in order to provide their physical and mental health development.Effective educational interventions.Through the "Children's Self-consciousness Scale",30 children(17 boys and 13 girls)were surveyed and analyzed, and the average age of AIDS children and adolescents was 12 years old.According to the "double benefit" theory of AIDS children and adolescents proposed by Joseph Winnick, the adaptive physical education Courses(collaboration, care and sharing)was designed as an intervention method affecting the level of selfconsciousness of AIDS children and adolescents, and 36 hours were implemented.Teaching experiment. In the study, the level of self-consciousness of AIDS children in the Red Ribbon School was lower than that in the study. After the experiment, the selfconsciousness of the students in the anxiety dimension was P<0.01,which was significantly improved. The group dimension P<0.05 was significantly improved.Anxiety dimension and low age group anxiety, intelligence and school situation, group size P <0.05,there is significant improvement, the above results.Through the analysis and discussion of the experimental results, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Linyi Red Ribbon School AIDS children and adolescents are dissatisfied with their intelligence, learning ability, physical condition and appearance.Self-consciousness is lower than the national norm level, especially reflected in the intelligence and school conditions, physical appearance and happiness of PHCSS test.Satisfaction in three dimensions.2.Adaptive physical education has improved the self-consciousness of AIDS children and adolescents in Linyi Red Ribbon School, especially the anxiety and gregarious dimensions of male and low-age students. For future research, the following recommendations are made:1.Although this study has a positive impact on the self-consciousness of AIDS children and adolescents in several dimensions, the overall level is not significant. The overall self-consciousness of AIDS children and adolescents should be comprehensively adopted by a variety of educational methods.Future research should consider other measures and implement interventions more comprehensively and systematically.2.Design and implement an adaptive physical education Courses for the level of self-consciousness of AIDS children and adolescents, the direction is correct. In the future teaching experiments, the theme should be more clear, more prominent the characteristics of AIDS children and adolescents in physical education,in order to promote the AIDS children and adolescents to achieve physical and mental development "double benefits",physical and psychological development goals should be more specific, teaching content and methods more targeted Strong, easier to master and operate.
