The Influence Of Different Construction Types On The Construction Of4-5 Years Old Children’s Building Blocks

The development of building blocks has a long history and plays an extremely important role in the development of children’s body and mind.It has also become the most basic game activity in kindergartens.In this study,the research focused on the type of building blocks.Three medium-sized classes in M Park were selected by means of convenient sampling.A total of 89 children were used as research samples,with an average age of 4.5 years.In order to obtain a stable building block level for young children,three kinds of construction themes were determined through pre-study and the research materials of the corresponding themes were determined.The experimental research method was used to explore the three construction types of proposition construction,simulation construction and picture book construction.Building block construction skills application level,rule use,shape combination use,building block usage,the influence of block length in children.The results show that:(1)Under the different construction types,there is a significant difference in the overall level of construction behavior of children’s building blocks.Among them,the overall level of building construction behavior of the children under the simulated construction,the building skill level and shape combination of the building blocks are the highest,and the picture book is built second.The proposition construction is the lowest,and there is no difference in the rule usage dimension;(2)the usage of different building types of building blocks is:simulation construction,picture book construction,proposition construction,performance in the simulation construction and picture book construction.The usage is obviously more than the proposition construction,and there is no significant difference in the usage of the simulation construction and the picture bookconstruction;(3)The length of the building blocks of different construction types is:simulation construction,picture book construction,proposition construction,proposition It takes the least amount of time to build.According to the research results,the researchers put forward the following educational suggestions:(1)correctly understand the type of building blocks,carry out various types of building block construction activities;(2)provide sufficient building block materials and game time;(3)respect individual differences,enrich the building blocks Game content.
