| In recent ten years,the research on interpersonal conflict of students(college students,middle school students,children)mainly focuses on three aspects: conflict types,conflict attribution,and conflict processing strategies.Admittedly,these studies have some guiding role for teachers to understand and deal with conflicts among junior high school students.However,because the junior middle school stage is a critical period for the rapid growth of students’ body and mind,on the one hand,influenced by social life,family environment,school education,self-consciousness enhancement and so on,students are growing up very fast and changing greatly,and may be shaped easily;On the other hand,the self-consciousness of students gradually matures,which works spontaneously when students are dealing with all kinds of conflicts.However,due to the lack of cognition and experience,students cannot control their emotions well,so the management of conflicts is not appropriate.As a front-line teacher who has been in contact with junior high school students for a long time and is more professional in the interaction process,it is necessary to pay attention to the subjectivity of students,guide junior high school students to learn to know themselves and others,understand conflicts,and deal with conflicts reasonably,so that students can gain something in this critical period and grow up more healthily.This research is based on the interpersonal relationship formation mode of junior high school students(e.g.Peers,teachers,the network,the environment,ideas,interests,etc.)to explore the interpersonal conflict of junior middle school students and its types.What’s more,from the perspective of education and teaching and student management,this research analyses the happening and processing method of students’ interpersonal conflict,explores the teacher how to guide the junior middle school students in the face of conflict.By arranging the cases of observation,analysis,guidance,and implementation,and by concluding the guiding strategies and effects,This research is trying to extract practical guidance strategies to help students dealing with interpersonal conflict effectively.This research can excavate the positive effects of conflict reduce the negative influence,which is very practical.The guiding strategies discussed in this paper mainly include two aspects: one is teachers’ ideological guidance to junior middle school students,parents of junior middle school students and teachers themselves;the other is the specific practical methods and process of guiding students with concepts and strategies.First of all,teachers,students and parents must recognize the inevitability of conflict,and we should know that conflict has its positive impact and its negative impact.We should rationally recognize the conflict,as far as possible to explore the positive impact of conflict rather than allowing the negative impact of conflict.Secondly,teachers can guide students to know themselves,know others,understand differences,think in others’ shoes,learn to be calm,control conflicts,resolve conflicts,reflect on conflicts and other aspects in education and teaching activities.The specific approaches are: class Management,class and league activities,teaching interaction,seizing educational opportunities,communication skills guidance,self-management guidance,behavior correction,individual counseling,etc. |
