With the development of higher education and the increasing number of college students,more and more attention has been paid to the quality of higher education.College students as the bearer of the educational results,their learning investment can truly reflect the quality of education.College students' professional satisfaction is closely related to their learning activities.If they are highly satisfied with their major,they can strengthen their motivation of continuous learning,thus increase their learning investment and achieve the constant pursuit and deepening of knowledge.Therefore,this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey,using the relevant variables scale of scholars at home and abroad,to measure the professional satisfaction and learning of college students.This paper discusses the current situation of motivation and learning investment,and probes into the relationship between professional satisfaction,learning motivation and learning investment,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for college students' learning investment.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this study constructs a model of the relationship among professional satisfaction,learning motivation and learning investment,and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis after reading and combing the literature.The college students were selected as the research objects,and 306 questionnaires were collected to study the effect of the characteristic variables on the degree of satisfaction,learning motivation and learning input,taking gender,grade and subject as the characteristic variables.At the same time,the reliability and validity of major satisfaction,learning motivation and learning input are tested.The significant influence of professional satisfaction on learning motivation verifies the intermediary role of learning motivation between professional satisfaction and learning input.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the specific measures to improve the learning investment from the perspective of professional satisfaction.The innovation of this paper lies in: firstly,based on the college students' professional satisfaction,this paper probes into its influence on the learning input,which provides a new way to improve the college students' learning input and enriches the scope of the study on the professional satisfaction.Second,the further verification of learning motivation and learning participation scale items,to provide reference for the future development of the dimensionality scale.Thirdly,the relationship model of professional satisfaction,learning motivation and learning input is established,which verifies the intermediary role of learning motivation between professional satisfaction and learning investment.
