Learning experience refers to students' experience of any interaction,course,plan or other experience in which learning takes place.It is the most intuitive cognition and feeling of students' learning experience while at school.As the leader of teaching activities,teachers will inevitably exert an influence of “subtle and silent,moist and silent” on students' learning experience,but whether there is an inevitable positive correlation between the allocation of professional teachers' resources and students' learning experience,it needs to be verified in empirical research.The article uses the literature research method to sort out the research status of professional teachers' resource allocation and learning experience.Based on the education concept of "Student-Centered" and the college impact theory,it uses questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method to analyze the correlation between the allocation of professional teacher resources in terms of quantity,quality and structure and the learning experience of undergraduates from the perspective of data distribution to explore the way to optimize the allocation of professional teacher resources in X university.The main research contents of the article are as follows:1.By referring to the existing mature questionnaires and combining domestic and foreign research results,the learning experience questionnaire was scientifically compiled,which consists of four parts: Learning Motivation Scale,Learning Engagement Scale,Learning Satisfaction Scale and Basic Information.The data analysis proves that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.2.Relying on the National Data Platform Collection System of Higher Education Quality Monitoring,extract the resource allocation data of X university professional teachers;conduct a learning experience questionnaire for 2019 expected undergraduate graduates,collect undergraduate learning experience data,and the data of the two major databases are collated and analyzed.3.According to whether it is the dominant specialty of X university,classify the majors of this school and analyze the correlation between the teacher resource allocation of different types of majors and the learning experience of undergraduate.Based on the above research,the article puts forward the following four suggestions in order to optimize the resource allocation of professional teachers in X university.First,strengthen the student-centered concept and improve the effectiveness of teacher allocation;second,establish a diversified teacher evaluation mechanism to create a good teaching atmosphere;third,give full play to the function of teacher development center and improve the teaching level of teachers;fourth,improve the quality evaluation index system and make educational decisions more scientific.
