This paper takes Coleman's educational opportunity equalization theory,Bourdi culture regeneration theory,Blau-Duncan's status acquisition model,Pygmalion effect as the theoretical support,using questionnaires,case interviews,and literature methods.The seventh,eighth and ninth grade students of Shanghai Y Middle School are the research subjects.From the three aspects of education starting point,educational process and educational results,the author investigates the fairness of the compulsory education of migrant children's children.The survey results show that: at the beginning of education,education In the three aspects of the process and educational results,there is an unfair phenomenon in the compulsory education of the children of migrant workers.The specific survey contents are as follows:The fair investigation of the starting point of compulsory education for children of migrant workers is mainly investigated from the following three aspects: family background,entry requirements,and parental education expectations.The survey on the fairness of the compulsory education process for migrant children is mainly analyzed from three perspectives:school education resource allocation,class education resource allocation and family education resource support.The survey on the fairness of educational outcomes is based on three aspects:academic achievement,comprehensive quality and opportunities for further studies.On the basis of the current situation investigation,this paper analyzes the problems of the fairness of compulsory education for children of migrant workers,including: strict entry conditions,weak family education support,differentiated school teaching and evaluation,difficulty in further study,and low academic achievement.The children of migrant workers are difficult to integrate.And the reasons are analyzed: the long-term implementation of the urban and rural dual household registration system,the compulsory education financial system reform lags behind the population movement in the process of urbanization,the compulsory education policy for the children of migrant workers,there is a certain lack,and the “city center” value orientation The influence of the weak state of the elementary school education and the families of the children of migrant workers on their education.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the fairness of compulsory education for children of migrant workers: reforming the current household registration system and innovating compulsory education system,constructing equal and pluralistic school education,strengthening government supervision functions,and raising the family economic capital of migrant children.
