In the modern tennis competition,speed has become one of the decisive factors for winning.In order to win the game or take the initiative in every point,an athlete must maintain the advantage of speed.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of rapid expansion and compound training on the explosive power of high-level tennis players in colleges and universities.At the same time,this paper studies whether the compound training of rapid expansion can be introduced into the training as a new training method,and provides a new training method and means for coaches and teachers.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics comparative analysis and experiment to study the explosive force training of rapid expansion and contraction compound training for high-level tennis players in colleges and universities,and draws the following conclusions:1.After 8 weeks of rapid expansion and compound training,the general explosive force index of the experimental group was tested,and the improvement of standing long jump and standing vertical jump was very significant(p<0.01).It can be concluded that rapid expansion and compound training can effectively improve the explosive force of lower limbs of high-level tennis players in colleges and universities.2.After 8 weeks after rapid expansion composite training,testing experimental tennis special power index,the data show that threw the medicine balls,forehand side overhead can improve the medicine balls and backhand side flip a solid sphere has a very significant difference(p < 0.01),which can draw fast telescopic compound training can effectively improve the university high level tennis player tennis special explosive.3.After eight Traditional resistance trainin gafter testing control group explosive force index,the data show that index reflecting lower limbs explosive standing long jump and the in-situ vertical jump to touch high grades improve significant difference(0.01 < p <0.05),and the index of reflect tennis special power overhead solid ball and threw the medicine balls,forehand side backhand side improve although there is a small solid sphere,but in the improvement of the data has no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05).It can be concluded that traditional resistance training can develop the explosive power of lower limbs of high-level tennis players.4.Ensuring after 8 weeks after the experimental intervention,testing power index of the two groups,two groups of data comparison and found that the experimental group lower limbs explosive index standing long jump performance and special power index overhead solid ball and threw the medicine balls,forehand side backhand side flip a solidball scores increase amplitude is much greater than the control group,which can be concluded that the rapid expansion composite training compared with the traditional resistance training can better the development of high level tennis player explosive in the colleges and universities.
