Sprint is a kind of speed type item dominated by physical ability,which is characterized by short exercise time and fast movement speed.In sprint,the explosive force of lower limbs is very important to improve the performance.Drag and weight training is the main training method to develop the lower limb explosive force of sprinters,which has a good effect on improving the special performance of sprinters.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study intervened on 12 athletes of the sprint training team of Beijing Sport University.After 8 weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group mainly studied the specific body quality index,the dynamic index of the muscle strength of the hip,knee and ankle joint.The main conclusions are as follows: Next:1.In resistance drag training,12%-20% of the load weight can effectively develop the special physical quality of high-level sprinters,improve the strength of hip joint and knee joint extensors and ankle joint extensors.2.Before and after the experiment,the indexes of standing long jump,standing triple jump and 30 m in the experimental group are significantly different,while those in the control group are significantly different;the indexes of standing triple jump and30 m in the experimental group are significantly different,and the improvement range of each index in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,which shows that the drag and heavy run training adopted by the experimental group can effectively improve the athletes’ specialization Physical fitness.3.Before and after the experiment in the experimental group,the relative peak torque of 60 ° / s and 240 ° / s of the hip flexor and extensor muscle group has significant difference,but there is no significant difference in the control group;there is significant difference between the groups,which shows that drag and heavy running training can effectively improve the maximum strength and explosive force of the hip flexor and extensor muscle group.4.Before and after the experiment in the experimental group,the relative peak torque of 60 ° / s and 240 ° / s in the knee flexor and extensor group was significantly different,and the relative peak torque of 60 ° / s in the control group was significantly different;the comparison between the groups was significantly different,which showed that drag and run training can effectively improve the maximum strength and explosive force of the knee flexor and extensor group.5.Before and after the experiment in the experimental group,the relative peak torque of 60 ° / s and 240 ° / s of the extensor of ankle joint has significant difference,the flexor has no significant difference,the flexor and extensor of the control group has no significant difference;the extensor of the contrast between the groups has significant difference,which shows that the drag and heavy run training can effectively improve the maximum strength and explosive force of the extensor of ankle joint,but not the flexor.
