All along,the coach pays great attention to the strength training of the large muscle group,and takes the development of the strength of the large muscle group and the improvement of the peripheral muscle group as the most important part of strength training.Since the formation of core strength training theory,it has rapidly swept the international competitive sports field and gradually extended to different levels of sports fields,such as bodybuilding,sports rehabilitation,etc.,to enrich and improve the strength training theory.Since sports core strength training was introduced into China,many experts and scholars of physical training for a lot of research on the core strength training,including core strength training method,the influence of core strength training for other physical quality,etc.,however,consult the China journal net database data,and hebei normal university gymnasium has not yet found a core strength training of volleyball mobile ability development of empirical research,the author used the methods of literature material method,experimental method,the core study of the influence of the volleyball players mobility,This provides a good theoretical and practical basis for the development of volleyball players' mobility.Through the research,the following research results are obtained:(1)This paper compared the differences in core strength,balance ability and mobility between the two groups of subjects after three stages and three months of core strength training and traditional strength training,taking the youth competitive volleyball players in Tangshan as the experimental subjects.It provides a good theoretical and practical basis for volleyball players 'mobility training.(2)core strength training,athlete's core strength is enhanced,especially around the waist of the cyclotron 45 degrees of core strength,compared with before training,show significant difference,several other indicators,such as back after 30 degrees in succession,crook proneness 0 degrees,left leg after 30 degrees and right leg after the reach 30 degrees four indexes such as,although there was no significant difference,but there are varying degrees of increase.(3)after core strength training,the balance ability of athletes' left and right feet was significantly improved,and the mean value of Y-axis speed(mm/s)of the left and right feetshowed a significant difference.The change of the X-axis mean value(mm)of the right foot presented a very significant difference.The other two indicators showed significant differences between the left and right feet.(4)after core strength training,when the core strength and balance capacity of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved,both the 36-meter movement and the half-meter movement were significantly improved,showing a significant difference compared with that before the experiment.(5)core strength training is an important part in the development of physical fitness training methods and means.It is coordinated with other physical fitness training methods to jointly promote the improvement of athletes' strength,balance and stability,and further promote the improvement of athletes' other competitive abilities.
