Zhangjiakou teenagers amateur basketball compared with other places in Hebei Province,there is a lag in the development of the phenomenon,the results of holding basketball matches are relatively backward,the current Zhangjiakou area of school amateur basketball training and teenagers amateur basketball training camp daily training there are certain defects,these factors have been It affects the training and daily work of teenagers' amateur basketball in Zhangjiakou area,and affects the development of basketball in Zhangjiakou area.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the teenagers' amateur basketball training in Zhangjiakou,this paper tries to find out the problems which restrict the teenagers' amateur basketball training in Zhangjiakou,and provides suggestions for the relevant education departments,sports departments and teenagers' training institutions.Through the use of questionnaires,expert interviews,logical analysis and data statistics,the following conclusions are reached:1.Zhangjiakou teenagers' amateur basketball lacks systematic training and has not received corresponding scientific training in each training stage.Zhangjiakou basketball training camps lack effective links.Although each training camp has its own different training modes,some training methods are not suitable for the current youth basketball training.The competent authorities should,in conjunction with major youth amateur basketball training institutions in Zhangjiakou,formulate relatively standardized training systems and systems for adolescents of different ages and genders to ensure that adolescents participate in amateur basketball training systematically and scientifically and continuously improve the level of adolescent amateur basketball in Zhangjiakou.2.There are fewer amateur basketball matches for teenagers in Zhangjiakou City.The promotion of amateur basketball is that athletes' sports skills can be improved through competitive matches.Large-scale basketball matches can make more people pay attention to it,thus constantly making the cause of amateur basketball for teenagers in Zhangjiakou Citydevelop and grow.Educational departments and sports departments have intensified efforts to organize various forms of youth amateur basketball competitions.The number of various forms of basketball competitions can constantly strengthen the competitive level of young amateur basketball players and also test the training level of coaches.3.At present,the academic level of young amateur basketball teachers and coaches in Zhangjiakou City is low.Many teachers and coaches originated from the direction of professional basketball at the beginning,which results in the lack of scientific methods for the content and arrangement of youth amateur basketball training.At the same time,the lack of funds for training causes the coach's enthusiasm to be low.It affects the quality of teaching.Through improving the salary of coaches,improving the enthusiasm of coaches' training,improving the professional level of basketball coaches,formulating a relatively sound training mechanism for coaches,improving the current situation of young amateur basketball coaches in Zhangjiakou City.4.The social factors that restrict the development of teenagers' amateur basketball in Zhangjiakou are mainly manifested in the fact that the relevant education departments and sports departments in Zhangjiakou pay little attention to the amateur basketball training and matches in this area.At the same time,due to the influence of students' study and study,parents' attitude towards teenagers' amateur basketball training is low.Government departments should consider not only the need to grasp the characteristics of sports,but also the need to balance development and optimize the market,so that the basketball market can develop in a longer-term direction.5.Place and climate constraints,youth basketball exercise is largely due to lack of venues,can not play the ball,Zhangjiakou lack of regular indoor venues,meet bad weather can not guarantee enough exercise time.By speeding up the construction of indoor basketball venues in Zhangjiakou City,more training venues are provided for teenagers' amateur basketball training,so that they have more time to train and thus improve the development of the whole teenagers' amateur basketball.
