With the development of the times,industry-specific universities,as a unique branch of the university,occupy a pivotal position in the current national economic development.Since the reform of higher education management system,the industry-featured universities have been developing rapidly.They are inextricably linked with the industry.And they have directly sent many talents to the country.School-enterprise cooperation refers to the cooperation between schools and enterprises in training talents.It is a way to make personnel training and social needs most suitable,and was mostly used for the reform of higher vocational colleges.In recent years,the cooperation between schools and enterprises has been strongly valued by the state,The State advocates the cooperation of school and enterprise in the depth of running a school and the establishment of "new engineering science",which has become an inevitable trend in the development of China's higher education.For industry-oriented universities,in order to better serve the society and industries and to train counterparts,school-enterprise cooperation must also becomes the mainstream of development.The research on the mechanism of cooperation between university and enterprise in industry characteristic university is indispensable.As a typical industry-featured university,Xidian University is a university directly under the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.Featuring electronic information,Xidian University attaches great importance to the cooperation between schools and enterprises and has achieved some achievements in school-enterprise cooperation.Taking Xidian University as an example,this paper analyzes the situation so as to find out the shortcomings of university-enterprise cooperation in the industry-specific universities.It has a certain typicality and a clear foothold in the study,laying a solid foundation for further suggestions.Based on the theories of demand determinism and situational constructivism learning theory,this dissertation uses the methods of literature research,comparative research and systematic analysis.The dissertation consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,the background of the research,the purpose and significance of the research and the review of the research at home and abroad.The second part explains the definition and characteristics of industry-specific universities,as well as the historical evolution of the cooperation between universities and enterprises in industry-specific universities with the reform of higher education management system as the focal point,so as to sort out its strategic significance.The third part analyzes the successful experience of university-enterprise cooperation in foreign-affiliated universities,such as Germany and the United States.Thus summed up the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and comb out the experience and lessons that our country can get.The fourth part analyzes the situation of Xidian University with the obtained mechanism and summarizes the achievements,deficiencies and the causes of the shortage.The fifth part,based on the shortage of Xidian University,analyzes of the new path of Industry-specific universities.The sixth part summarizes the paper and puts forward the improvement.Based on these six parts,this paper hopes to make a clear summary of the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and put forward some suggestions for the development of China's industry-featured university so as to promote its further development.
