At present, the structural imbalance of China's labor market have become increasingly serious.Unlike in the past, employers require industry-specific university graduates to have a solid foundation of professional skills, besides which, they also attach greater importance to graduates'comprehensive qualities such as transferable skills.Transferable skills refer to other basic skills that are necessary in an individual's career,in addition to professional skills in the industry.Industry-specific universities have always paid attention to the cultivation of students' professional skills. However, the high emphasis on theory and professional knowledge has led to a relatively weakening of the comprehensive quality training of students' transferable skills in industry-specific universities. This has also,to some extent, influenced the quality of talent training and the competitive capacity of graduates of industry-specific universities in the job market. In fact,industry-specific universities have unique advantages in cultivating students' transferable skills.Compared with professional skills, the cultivation of transferable skills requires closer connection with the actual working environment and more opportunities for teamwork.Industry-specific universities can rely on their close ties with related companies in the industry to create as much relevant conditions as possible for students to cultivate transferable skills in the form of school-enterprise cooperative education,so as to improve students' relevant skills. In recent years,Chinese government has also attached great importance to school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore, how to grasp the new opportunities in school-enterprise cooperation, use the good platform of school-enterprise cooperation to educate students, and continuously improve students' transferable skills,so as to cultivate top talents in the industry that meets the needs of the new era. This is an urgent problem for industry-specific universities. In view of the above problems, this study first analyzes the necessity of enhancing students' Transferable skills from the characteristics and development needs of industry-specific universities.Combined with the respective characteristics of enterprises, universities and the training conditions required for the transferable skills, this paper expounds the advantages and functions of the school-enterprise cooperative education of the industry-specific universities in the cultivation of transferable skills. On this basis,This study conducted case interviews with teachers and students who participated in a number of industry-specific universities and summarizes the main problems existing in the cultivation of transferable skills in the cooperative education of enterprises.(universities do not fully understand the necessity of the training of transferable skills, cooperative education methods need to be improved, the lack of continuous and effective communication between universities and enterprises, the lack of ability and energy of guidance personnel, the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation). In order to collect the relevant data effectively, this study designed a sample of transferable skills questionnaire for industry-specific college students, and based on the interview results and related theories and summarized eight factors that may affect the effect of the industry-specific college students' transferable skills training(the government's policy and financial support for the cooperative education of school-enterprises,The degree to which colleges and universities attach importance to the development of transferable skills, government advocacy on the importance of transferable skills, the degree to which colleges and universities attach importance to the development of transferable skills, whether the transferable skills training program of universities is reasonable, the practical ability of college teachers, whether the student evaluation system attaches importance to the investigation of students' reasonable skills, the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the cooperative education of universities and enterprises, and the importance that individual students attach to the training of transferable skills. The contents of these two parts were distributed in the group of college students(most of whom are undergraduates with industry characteristics),resulting in a total of 218 valid questionnaires were eventually recovered.Using questionnaire data for multiple regression analysis,it was found that the eight factors previously assumed all had different degrees of positive correlation with the transferable skills development effect of industry characteristic college students. Finally, based on the results of case interviews, questionnaire data analysis and the cooperative education of schools and enterprises, this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the transferable skills of industry-specific university students from three dimensions:government, university and individual.
