Investigation On The Management And Operation Of Private Badminton Training Institutions In Haidian District Of Beijing

Beijing Haidian District badminton sport has a broad mass base,a large number of private badminton training institutions emerged,loved by the majority of badminton fans,they provide professional badminton knowledge and skills for badminton fans through centralized training.Taking the management and operation status of private badminton training institutions in Haidian District of Beijing as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,field investigation,literature research,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,mainly through on-the-spot distribution of questionnaires,to investigate the management and operation status of private badminton training institutions in Haidian District,through the investigation of badminton.This paper investigates and analyses the basic situation of managers,Badminton Coaches and trainees of training institutions in order to understand the current situation of management and operation of private badminton training institutions in Haidian District of Beijing,find out a series of problems and influencing factors that hinder their development,and put forward reasonable countermeasures to promote the better development of private badminton training institutions in the badminton training market.The results show that the private badminton training institutions in Haidian District of Beijing lack scientific and reasonable means of development in the training market.The main manifestations are that the badminton training market is not standardized and the quality of training service is uneven;the training institutions lack specialized managerial personnel;the service items and the means of operation and promotion are relatively single.In this paper,by drawing lessons from the advanced operation modes at home and abroad,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems arising from the development of private badminton training institutions:1.The government should perfect the laws and regulations related to badminton training market as soon as possible,and the government and sports departments should cooperate with each other.On the basis of existing laws and regulations,the government should investigate and punish badminton training institutions which have not been registered with the commercial departments,so as to protect the real interests of consumers,and the price departments should also follow the pricing standards.We will set up the charging standard so as to standardize the training market of badminton.2.The private badminton training institutions in Haidian District of Beijing Municipality should strengthen the internal management of the institutions,constantly improve the professionalism and stability of the managers and coaches,and train specialized talents with strong skills and high quality for the badminton training institutions.3.The private badminton training institutions in Haidian District of Beijing can adopt the mode of commercial cooperation in the utilization of relevant venues,which can not only standardize the training methods,but also improve their own popularity and trust.4.Badminton training institutions in Beijing Haidian District should improve their operation mode according to their own characteristics,effectively combine social resources with their own resources,achieve win-win results of resource sharing,make the badminton training institutions become a two-way operation platform of input and output,and constantly develop new sports services.More to meet the sports needs of the masses,is conducive to the long-term development of badminton training institutions.5.As a new product of sports training industry,private badminton training institutions in Haidian District of Beijing need to give full play to their unique advantages and constantly improve their shortcomings,so as to set a model for private badminton training institutions in Beijing and other regions of China.
