The Research On Problems And Solutions In The Operation Of Chinese University Academic Management Organization

University at its beginning is a social organization, and being academic is one of its essential attribute. Today, although the functions of universities enrich with the development of history, but the essence that the university is an organization with the core of knowledge and academy remains unchanged. Therefore, academic management is the essential question for university management. As the core of academic management organizations of acdemic management should also be attached great importance. But in China, there are many problems in the construction and operation of academic management organizations.These issues seriously hinder the academic management organizations to play their due role and cause the adverse effects in higher education undertakings. Therefore, this paper discusses the academic management organization and problem and countermeasure in its operation, which plays an important role.to put academic management organization to its full use.This is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is introduction, which expounds mainly the research intention and significance of academic management organization. Overseas literature review, research contents, methods and possible innovation points, etc. The second chapter is outline for academic management organization and its related conceptions, and also expounds the characteristics and function of academic management organizations in universities. The third chapter discusses operation status and existing problems of academic management organization in chinese universities. The fourth chapter comes up with suggestions for the construction of academic management organizations, namely from three aspects:the internal and external environment and operation supervision of academic management organization to promote the healthy development of academic management organizations to its full play.This paper adopts the methods of literature review, history and investigation, in view of the whole research, systematically studies and analyzes operation status and existing problems of academic management organization in chinese universities, and innovatively combines the public service theory, learning organization theory and the theory of university academic management organization, with whose theoretical connotation as guidance, to open up a new path in promoting the function of academic management organizations in chinese universities.
