Now be a lot of national fitness exercise of choice, therefore, Xi’an many profit-making badminton club also developed rapidly.The author through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics, based on the xi’an profit-making badminton club operators and managers and consumers on the basis of investigation and research, analyzes the present development of badminton club management and discuss, found that at present problems existing in the operation of badminton club, to put forward effective improvement scheme of operation and management. Through study the following results:(1) Xi’an business badminton club is given priority to with the chain operation mode. Between17to22number every day, every weekend the badminton club will be in short supply situation. The vast majority of badminton club able to meet the time requirements of consumers.(2) Commonly used to deal with long-term members or temporary scattered charge two patterns of consumers. Research of12operating badminton club most normal profit.(3) The badminton club management have focused on25to45years of age, men in the majority. Bachelor degree or above accounted for61%,57%of which is not a professional sports, without relevant management training with93%.(4) Direct consumer consumption frequency, a longer duration. Survey84%of consumers are received a university education, male consumers accounted for69%,20-to29-year-olds, this one age paragraph the most consumers.
