Since 2001,rural primary and secondary schools have been dismantled or restructured in order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and improve the quality of education and teaching in rural areas.withdraw some excellent teachers,in the process of junior high students poured into the cities and towns,rural primary school the underachiever ratio increases,the junior class also increases accordingly,The management work of rural primary school is in the bottleneck.So what is the current situation of the management of the backward classes in rural primary schools in China? What are the problems? What are the causes of the problems? n view of the problems,the author combined with the practice of nearly 20 years a line the teacher in charge work experience,and previous research as the foundation,studied the practice of rural primary school junior class,and after his practice Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.According to the above ideas,this paper is divided into four chapters:introduction: introducing the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research summary and research methods of this paper.the theoretical basis of the practical research on the management of backward class in rural primary schools;Chapter one: points out the problems existing in the management practice of the rural primary school.The phenomenon of lack of moral education management and one-sided pursuit of seore quality are very serious in the backward classes;The management method in backward classes is improper;The management goal in bcakward classes is unclear;The management principle in backward classes is biased;The students' psychological education in backward classes is severely neglected;There are many informal groups in the latter classes;Frequent incident in the latter classes lead to tension between family and school;Chapter two: investigate and analyze the causes of the problems : Reasons for management and evaluation at the school level?teacher and class realationship;Social and environmental reasons;Reasons for family environment;Chapter three: based on the existing problems,combining the author's experience in the management of post-entry class for many years,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management of post-entry class in rural primary schools.First of all,in the aspect of school level:we must improve the school management evaluation system and strengthen the training on teachers;The class teachers and subject teachers should dare to break throught the traditional education evaluation thoughts;Effectively increase the management ability and coordinate the relationship between classes and finally promote the management level for backward classes;Secondly,in the social aspect: we should continuously improve the social environment of education and strictly control the quality of teachers;Invest in the construction of cultural facilities and improve humanistic quality;Further perfect the laws and regulations and severely punish illegal acts;Finally,in family aspect: we should improve the ideological understanding level of parents throught family-school cooperation and hold parents' meetings in due time to remind parents of the education of love and strengthen family and school communication.
