It has been nearly eight years since 2010 that China has become the second largest economy in the world.The supply-side structural reform thought put forward by the state in the 13 th Five-Year Plan is a strategic decision to ensure sustained economic growth and a guiding principle to promote the healthy and sustainable development of education.Conservative estimates,as of 2017,China's private education and training institutions in the number of more than 100.In these 1 million educational institutions or educational companies,large educational enterprises like New Oriental and Good Future only account for about 5% of the market share,while most of the market share is occupied by a large number of small and medium-sized institutions,the market is extremely decentralized.In the course of investigation and study,this paper takes JQ Education Company as an example to discuss the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture.At present,the planning of corporate culture development is not clear,the systematic and long-term understanding is insufficient;secondly,there are obstacles between the desired results of corporate culture construction and the cognitive level of employees.In the construction of corporate culture,some employees and even some middle-level managers of JQ Education Company only have a cognition of corporate culture in the form of slogans,slogans,etc.They also think that uniform clothing,uniform logo and so on are only for the purpose of unifying the social image of the enterprise.In view of this,it mainly includes the disconnection between corporate culture and development strategy,and the lack of incorporating cultural construction objectives into the company's own development plan;the strategic orientation of corporate culture is not clear enough;the lack of leadership and the matching degree is not high;besides,the level of corporate culture construction is relatively high.It's still relatively low.In order to effectively solve the above three problems,this paper also puts forward three suggestions and countermeasures,including attaching great importance to the establishment of corporate culture from a strategic point of view,scientifically understanding the connotation and extension of corporate culture,shaping corporate culture in line with the development of enterprises,and making corporate culture the driving force for sustainable and efficient development of enterprises.This paper also analyzes how to effectively implement the optimization measures from the perspective of system,organization and personnel.From the perspective of organizational security,it includes the establishment of an optimized leadership group headed by company managers,a working group focusing on the optimization of corporate culture,and the provision of special funds for the optimization of corporate culture;from the perspective of institutional security,it mainly includes the establishment of corporate culture evaluation mechanism and the establishment of enterprises.From the perspective of personnel guarantee measures,it mainly includes reasonable human resources development and strengthening the progress of human resources development.
