With the gradual progress of China's economic supply side reform,the gap of industrial applied talents increases due to the transformation of new and old driving forces and the upgrading of industrial structure.In the actual work,the long-term development of the enterprise is affected by the factors such as the inconsistent expenditure of recruitment and training with the income,the poor adaptability of personnel and posts,and the unreasonable human resource structure of the enterprise.At the same time,through on-the-job learning and participation in campus recruitment,it is found that the theoretical learning of college graduates can not keep up with the actual needs of industrial and technological change,the employment pressure of graduates increases,and there is a risk of talent devaluation.From the school level,the construction of "double teacher" teachers is slow,the curriculum reform is not suitable for the local economic development,and the talent training mechanism needs to be improved.School enterprise cooperation can fully mobilize resources of all parties,complement each other's advantages,build and share talent training mechanism,and promote industrial innovation and talent innovation with human capital construction.Based on the practical work,this paper looks up a large number of documents,draws lessons from the advanced foreign school enterprise cooperation personnel training mode,operation and management mechanism,from the national conditions of our country,combined with the case analysis of the school enterprise cooperation personnel training mechanism suitable for our country.The successful implementation of school enterprise cooperation is driven by the common interests of all stakeholders.Based on talent training,face-to-face interviews are adopted to obtain the relevant data of local high-tech zone enterprises participating in school enterprise cooperation,so as to draw the conclusion that the willingness of enterprises to participate is based on the cost-benefit analysis.Through the use of cost-benefit theory to analyze the input cost and long-term benefit of school enterprise cooperation in different levels and different stakeholders' perspectives,the necessity and importance of school enterprise cooperation can be intuitively explained,so as to summarize the impact of school enterprise cooperation talent training mechanism on enterprise development and the impact of school enterprise cooperation itself on enterprise development.On the basis of literature review and interview data analysis,combined with the actual situation of our country,this paper analyzes the mechanism of school enterprise cooperative talents training at the micro level,which should be established from three aspects:management,operation,supervision and feedback.From the macro level,it concludes that policy support and fund guarantee should be done well at the government level;from the school level,market research and education and teaching should be done well Innovation and reform work;from the enterprise level,we should have the sense of school enterprise cooperation,do a good job in talent reserve and human capital promotion,improve the investment of school enterprise cooperation,and appropriately reduce the cost of internal training;from the student internship and employment level,we should establish a correct concept of career selection,actively respond to the school enterprise cooperation,cultivate their own professional quality,and improve their own professional skills.From the perspective of talent training mechanism,this paper breaks the starting point of most school enterprise cooperation researches,discusses problems from the perspective of schools,tries to start from the point of enterprise interest demands,combines the needs of different development stages and industrial scales in different periods,analyzes the cost-benefit of enterprises' participation in cooperation,and suggests that enterprises participate in school enterprise cooperation in two ways:on-the-job training and providing internships It can not only improve the ideological awareness and skill level of the employees,improve the quality of human capital for the enterprise,but also train reserve talents for the enterprise from the source,so that the new employees can adapt to the enterprise culture,integrate into the production and operation activities of the enterprise,and cultivate the sense of mission,achievement and responsibility of the employees.By focusing on the analysis of the impact on the economic and social benefits of the enterprise,it is intended to attract the attention of the enterprise.Starting from the long-term strategic goal of sustainable development,it is more important for the company to actively participate in the school enterprise cooperation.It is hoped that the research of this paper can attract the attention of enterprises and provide useful reference in the process of school enterprise cooperation,and provide reference for the practical application of human capital promotion in Colleges and universities and enterprises.We believe that in the new situation,different regions should,according to the actual situation of their own economic and educational development,carry out school enterprise cooperation based on the multiple interest demands and satisfaction survey and analysis of enterprises,colleges and universities,governments,industry associations,teachers,students,etc.,by comparing the cost and income under different cooperation modes and talent training mechanisms,so as to achieve the common cultivation and promotion of talents The purpose of human capital quality is to promote the sustainable development of regional economy.To provide assistance for the sustainable development of enterprises,lay a foundation for the reform and innovation of colleges and universities,and provide talent support for the local government to build a harmonious and stable business environment.
