In the junior middle school writing teaching,narrative writing teaching occupies a very important position,and there are many related studies which mainly concentrated on the common problems,writing sequence,and so on.But in the actual use of teaching,we are not satisfied to find that the related studies on writing evaluation,which play an important role in narrative writing teaching,are not enough and too skin-deep.In order to meet the new requirements of curriculum reform on junior middle school writing teaching evaluation,further carry out the concept of developmental composition evaluation,change the present situation of inefficient composition evaluation and enrich the content and form of junior middle school writing evaluation reform,this paper explores and applies the construction and use of developmental evaluation index in narrative writing teaching in junior middle school.With the guidance of SOLO classification theory,this paper analyzes the application of SOLO classification in the evaluation of composition teaching.Under the principles of guidance,hierarchy,distinction,cooperation,maneuverability and incentive,and according to the writing sequence of the latest textbooks compiled by the Ministry,this paper formulates the periodical targets.In combination of the knowledge system of narrative writing,and on the premise of the combination of the evaluation criteria of point and area,this paper improves the content elements of the developmental evaluation index of narrative writing,and constructing the steps of the developmental evaluation index of narrative writing in junior middle school is put forward so that the embarrassing situations that only the evaluation index is given in the past and the teachers use it badly and uselessly can be avoided.This can help teachers to make evaluation indexes according to students’ conditions by themselves,to make evaluation indexes play a more guiding role.In addition,this paper makes further exploration and supplement on the situation that the former evaluation index only evaluates students’ compositions,and puts forward the application of writing evaluation index in students’ reading analysis,and the strategies for students to participate in theformulation of writing evaluation index.
