Reading ability is a necessary ability for people to participate in social life and develop themselves.Modern and contemporary narrative prose is one of the dominant genres in junior high school Chinese textbooks,and plays an important role in junior high school Chinese subjects.The ability to read modern and contemporary narrative prose can play an important role in students' reading and learning of modern and contemporary narrative prose.In terms of the number of literature review,there are many studies on the cultivation of narrative prose reading strategies for junior high school students in narrative prose teaching.However,how to evaluate the development level of junior high school students' narrative prose reading ability has rarely been studied.In view of this situation,this paper studies the evaluation problem.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the evaluation content and evaluation standards of modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability based on SOLO classification theory.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research significance,core concepts,research overview,research objectives and research methods of this paper.The second chapter aims to introduce the SOLO classification theory.Combined with the components and characteristics of junior high school modern and contemporary narrative prose,and the components of reading ability,we construct the components of junior high school modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability: the ability to refine core narrative content,to deeply understand things.The ability of emotional,comprehensive use of narrative techniques for inquiry,the ability to innovatively evaluate narrative texts.Finally,focusing on SOLO classification theory,constructs the evaluation points of modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability in junior high school from the perspective of SOLO classification theory.The third chapter focuses on closely combining the evaluation points of junior high school modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability with the SOLO classification theory,and on the basis of clarifying the evaluation concepts,evaluation standards,evaluation methods,and evaluation main tools of junior high school modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability,refinement The content framework for the evaluation of modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability in junior high school from the perspective of SOLO classification theory.The fourth chapter is mainly about the practice and case analysis of the content framework and evaluation criteria,evaluation methods and tools of the SOLO classification theory in the third chapter.The practical case selected in this paper mainly adopts the subjective question evaluation method and its tools,and makes a practical application of the evaluation content framework and evaluation standard of junior high school modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability under the SOLO classification theory.The following three points are confirmed: the SOLO classification theory and the evaluation of modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability in junior high schools have good suitability;the evaluation standard framework of modern and contemporary narrative prose reading ability in junior high schools from the perspective of SOLO classification theory has a certain reasonableness in practical application.The application of SOLO classification theory in the evaluation of test questions can effectively test the reading level of students.
