With the development of the national society and the changes of the economic times,the communication among various nationalities are more and more frequent.Chinese is the only medium of communication among all ethnic groups,so if we have a good command of Chinese,we will promote communication and unity among all ethnic groups better.Hainan is a Li ethnic settlement predominantly.The Chinese language provides convenience for the communication of various nationalities.However,many Li students do not have standard Chinese oral expression,which affects their communication and learning,so it is imperative to improve the standardization of Chinese oral expression.Developing the ability of oral Chinese expression is also adapted to the needs of the society.Only with strong ability of oral Chinese can we express ourselves better and communicate and cooperate with others better,too.Oral expression is not innate,it needs to be cultivated in one's growth.Only by improving the standardization of oral Chinese in middle school can students lay a good foundation for their future study.For this reason,this paper takes students from junior middle school in Li autonomous county of Changjiang county,Hainan province as the objects of study.By using the research methods such as questionnaire survey,observation and individual interview,I investigates the situation of students' oral expression in Changjiang junior middle school,analyzing the reasons,trying some new methods and putting forward corresponding strategies.The investigation shows that the students are poor in oral Chinese,especially in pronunciation,using words accurately and so on.The study also found that the main reasons influencing students' non-standard spoken Chinese were the differences between li language and Chinese language,students' attitude towards studying and teachers' neglect of oral teaching.From above all: the author puts forward the strategies of improving students' oral Chinese during the teaching procedure.We should improve our teachers' own quality and help to remove obstacles of students' oral Chinese by using a variety of teaching resources,forming the teaching contents developing from the lower to higher.I hope that it will help Li students improve their oral Chinese.
