From the perspective of teaching and training,this paper systematically studies the current situation of oral communication ability training of secondary vocational students,and studies the oral expression ability of secondary vocational students through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,taking Weihai Aquatic School as the research object.It collects the existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes solutions.It aims to improve the oral expression ability of secondary vocational students through teaching reform and improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational Chinese.This topic analyzes the current situation of oral expression ability of secondary vocational students by issuing questionnaires to secondary vocational students,mainly focusing on: self-evaluation performance,development problem feedback,capacity development,capacity improvement countermeasures,and The vocational students conduct surveys on the suggestions for improving their speaking ability,and at the same time,they test the listening and speaking ability of the secondary vocational students.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The oral expression ability of secondary vocational students is still at a general level,and they can communicate and communicate with others normally.(2)It can also be seen from the test results that in the oral expression,the secondary vocational students can accept the main content and key information of the speaker according to the occasion and express their opinions in a proper way.(3)Test results are also Can reflect some problems,such as attention is not concentrated when obedient,cann't grasp the speaker's intention from a deep level,while speaking,cann't be continually strained,but appears abrupt.Through the summary of the survey data,it is found that the problems existing in the oral expression of secondary vocational students are mainly manifested in: insufficient expression of confidence;insufficient accuracy and standardization of spoken language;oral organizational ability needs to be improved;body language auxiliary oral expression is sometimes not appropriate enough.Through analysis,it is found that the main reason for this problem lies in the poor psychological quality of secondaryvocational students,the lack of teaching resources,the lack of oral training and the lack of normative exercise of body language to the expression of spoken language.This paper proposes a teaching reform strategy to improve the oral expression of secondary vocational students.The key points include the transformation of oral teaching concepts,the use of school-based textbooks to improve oral quality,the development of a variety of oral teaching methods,and the development of oral English-based assessment programs.In response to the effectiveness of the guide textbooks,three rounds of trials were carried out,and the following results were achieved: the classroom atmosphere was improved,the teacher-student relationship was more harmonious,and the audience was observed and experienced.
