| Because of the gender issue, in the management there are some differences between boys’classes and girls and boys’ classes in secondary vocational schools. If adopts the model ofunified management, it will affect the completion of tasks of school teaching and students’all-round development. So we need to specially research on girl class management ofsecondary vocational school. This paper takes6secondary nursing girl classes of a Weifanghealth school as an example and made a questionnaire survey and interview of teacher andstudents. Found the problem, to explore its causes, put forward the corresponding solutionstrategy.For now, the students in the girl classes have severe disciplinary problems and thedistortions of the view of love. There is no difference between boy classes and mixed-sexclasses in class rules. The head teacher tends to be younger, which leads to some problemsoccurred in the management. The school ignored the characteristics of girls and girlsparticipate in class activities are not enthusiastic. Girl classes lack of correct understanding ofclass culture; class culture construction is still mainly staying in the material level, and somepublicity on class culture means are also aging.Expatiation on the above issues, I summarize the root causes of it from society, school,family and individual four aspects and put forward the corresponding solution strategy: First,establish a correct concept of girls, improve the leader teachers’ treatment, improve the headteachers’ selection mechanism, strengthen the cultivation of head teachers, advocate oflifelong learning, and improve the management of the enthusiasm. Strengthen the sexy, safety,mental and health education of girls. Strengthen the cohesion of students in the girl classes.Use of propaganda network correctly, and enhance propaganda girl classes culture.Specifically, mainly elaborate from the following six parts in this paper. Section one: Theorigin of this study, including the reason of choosing the topic, the definition of the concept,the domestic and foreign research review, research methods and research contents. Sectiontwo: Using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, taking6nursing girlclasses of a Weifang health school as the investigation object, I investigated the girlsindividual circumstances (backgrounds, communication with parents, the learning, disciplinecases, love), the situation of girls class management, class activities, and class culture. Section three: According to the investigation on the status in class management, I analyzed theproblems in the medium occupation school girl classes and various kinds of doubt carefully.Section four: Cause analysis on problems in girl classes from four areas of the community,schools, families, and individuals. Section five: Put forward the concrete solution strategy.Section six: Conclusion. |
