The reasonable space layout of rural compulsory education has a great significance to realize the integration development of education in urban and rural areas and revitalize the village education.The school is not only an important place for cultivating talents,but also a prominent role in the strategy of invigorating China through science and education.The village school as an important basic public services in rural areas has a certain pattern change in the long course of development,especially since dismantling teaching points and combining schools.But study on integration of urban and rural compulsory education is offen limited in some social science research about dismantling teaching points and combining schools or eduction disciplines.There is little research about specific evolution process of the distribution of schools at undeveloped mountain counties.Besides its level of development and degree of accumulation in lack of awareness on the spatial and temporal scales and policy makers on the extent of the decline of the rural schools have no quantitative grasp,which will have a negative impact on the layout and development of rural school.Only adapt to the new situation of new rural construction and rural revitalization,and consider rural-urban migration,the school-age population changes,the local rural geographical environment and traffic conditions,educational conditions support capabilities,the financial burden of students' families and other factors,can we achieve the scientific layout of rural basic education.The paper establishes a database including population distribution,topographical conditions,settlement,the location of school and the number of students,teachers and classes etc.by ArcGIS 10.1.By the means of the picture of Voronoi,Getis-Ord Gi*,Kernel density,the buffer of school service etc.to study the change characteristics and reasons of spatial patternof primary school.And by the way of concentration ratio,empty rate and neighborhood statistics analysis method to study the spatial distribution and the development situation of education in the primary and middle schools in the county Anze.Research shows the size of the overall decrease almost 85% of the rural schools which showed significantly in both sides of the study area;Schools concentrated in the central valley recently,particularly in the town center formation with high agglomeration and urban agglomeration area shows an enlarging trend.The phenomenon shows that polarization of city school over-centralized while village schools gradually decrease.This phenomenon runs counter to the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.This article puts forward suggestions on the development of compulsory education from four aspects: the school mergence,the system of compulsory education management and investment,the sharing mode of quality education resource and strengthening the teachers team construction and balanced configuration.I hope this paper can provide the basis for the development of rural schools in mountainous areas under the background of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education and rural rejuvenation.
