With the basic completion of the popularization of compulsory education, the gap between urban and rural compulsory education as an important issue of compulsory education has been concerned, and the integration of urban and rural compulsory education has become the current trend of compulsory education.Taking urban and rural areas as a unified whole, based on the current situation of education, paying attention to the education development of the disadvantaged, narrowing the gap between urban and rural compulsory education, and achieving balanced development. After decades of education popularization,China's education industry has developed steadily, especially after the opening of the second child policy, which will undoubtedly bring new challenges to education. As a populous country, the importance of education is self-evident,but at present, there is a gap between urban and rural compulsory education in many aspects, and the integration of urban and rural compulsory education has a lot of troubles.Based on the national education policy and literature research of various types of compulsory education, this paper compares various aspects of urban and rural compulsory education schools, and combines certain teaching experience of compulsory education to study the related issues involved in the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.Through consulting the relevant information at home and abroad,we find that foreign countries have paid much attention to the issue of educational equity earlier, and tried and popularized educational vouchers and other modes. Most importantly, the world-wide investment in education should be ahead of China's level of investment in education,so there is no obvious opposition between urban and rural compulsory education.Due to certain historical factors, the gap between urban and rural compulsory education has gradually emerged in the popularization stage, and the level of investment in education has not reached the world average level,so the foreign experience has limited reference value for the development of compulsory education in China.By defining the concepts of urbanrural integration and compulsory education, the author studies the integration of urban-rural compulsory education with the "three circles theory" as a tool and through the theory of educational equity.By means of literature analysis, data lists and historical analysis, the present situation of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in China is studied. It is found that the dual structure of urban and rural areas hinders the public value embodiment of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.Utilitarianized talent selection mechanism leads to insufficient value orientation of "fairness".The investment in education is too low.The gap between rural compulsory education schools and urban schools in terms of teachers and school-running conditions is too large.Insufficient curriculum richness in rural areas.I And make an in-depth analysis of these problems.n terms of conditions.Combining with the relevant policies and current situation of the country, relying on the tool of "three circles theory",this paper puts forward countermeasures from three dimensions of value, ability and support.
