Teacher education is the key of the reform and development of variables,countries around the world more and more realize that teachers have a important role in improving education quality and promote education reform in the process of promoting the cause of education reform and development.The central committee of the communist party of China promulgated the "opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era",which present the supply-side structural reform of teacher training,comprehensively improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers,and build a high quality and professional teacher team.At all levels from the perspective of the relationship between supply and demand of teacher education,all kinds of schools,teachers,students,parents and students are the interests of the teachers education demand,therefore this study from the school principal,teachers,students,parents and students the stakeholders of the teachers education,understand the cognition and demand situation of teacher's professional accomplishment,perfect the system of teacher education and cultivating mode has realistic significance and practical value.This research on teacher education to the five major interest groups in the investigation and study,in the middle school teachers' professional standards(try out)"as a benchmark,from professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability three aspects,five stakeholders for teacher education group respectively compiled the" middle school teachers' professional quality questionnaire ",after repeated revision test to ensure the stability and reliability of the questionnaire.All sample including: a S normal university teachers' professional 531 senior students,seven cities in Shanxi Province of 546 and early 147 students,147 junior high school teachers,school students,198 high school teachers,22 high school principal,and 2123 parents of students.The distribution of the questionnaire is conducted by the combination of electronic and paper.Research findings:Teachers who are valued by all relevant interest groups should have professional concepts and professional ethics,professional ideals and professionalism,good professional ethics,and care for students' physical and mental health development.Teachers should have professional knowledge of education psychological knowledge;Teachers should haveprofessional ability has the ability to design the teaching goal,the reasonable use of teaching resources and methods of ability,the ability to create a learning environment and atmosphere,the ability to establish good relationship between teachers and students.The stakeholder groups for understanding differences that teachers should have professional accomplishment is: in terms of professional philosophy and ethics,on "respect for students' independent personality",the high school students were high,high school teachers and school longer were low;In the "caring,patient,careful and responsible",middle school students and parents have high degree of recognition,middle school teachers have low degree of recognition;In "paying attention to their own professional development awareness",normal school students and teachers have high recognition,parents and middle school students have low recognition;In the "optimistic upward,affinity" "trust students",middle school students have a high degree of recognition,middle school teachers have a low degree of recognition;In "caring for students' physical and mental health development",parents and middle school students have a high degree of recognition,while middle school teachers have a low degree of recognition.In "having the spirit of teamwork",the heads of secondary school have high recognition degree,and the students of normal school have low recognition degree.In terms of professional knowledge,in the "education theoretical knowledge of middle school",the recognition degree of heads of secondary school is high and that of parents is low.In the "knowledge of the development of thinking ability and innovation ability of middle school students",the recognition degree of parents and middle school students is high,and the recognition degree of middle school teachers is low.In the "knowledge of class construction and management",middle school teachers have low recognition and middle school students have high recognition.In the "teaching subject curriculum standard knowledge",middle school teachers have high recognition degree,parents have low recognition degree;In the "learning and cognition specific knowledge of middle school students",middle school students have a high degree of recognition,while middle school teachers have a low degree of recognition.In terms of professional ability,in "the ability to create a learning environment and atmosphere",the recognition degree of parents is high,and the recognition degree of heads of secondary schools is low.In terms of "the ability to guide students to make personalized learning plans",parents have high degree of recognition,while middle school principals and middle school teachers have low degree of recognition.In terms of "ability to communicate with students and parents",middle school students have high recognition,while middle school teachers and middle school teachers have low recognition.In the "ability toanalyze the characteristics of students' psychological development",the recognition degree of parents is high and that of middle school teachers is low.Each stakeholder groups believed that the teacher should have the quality of the actual situation is: should have professional philosophy and ethics quality,with professional ideal and professional dedication,good professional morality,care for students' physical and mental health development,respect for students' independent personality,pay attention to their own professional development consciousness and caring,responsibility,patience and careful has deficiencies.Should have the professional knowledge of quality,class construction and management knowledge,middle school students' thinking ability and innovation ability in the development of knowledge,education psychology knowledge,teaching system and the thought method of knowledge has deficiencies in knowledge,teaching methods and strategies.Should have the professional ability of quality,the reasonable use of teaching resources and methods of the ability,the ability to create a learning environment and atmosphere,establish a good relationship between teachers and students ability to regulate the classroom teaching process,the ability and guide the students' ability of personalized learning plan is missing.Finally,the paper puts forward some relevant Suggestions on the cognition of teachers' accomplishment and actual situation of accomplishment by various interest groups.
