| Physical functional training was initially applied to the preparation of the Olympic Games in London,providing a more systematic and professional training method for the national team.In our country,the most physical functional training is applied to competitive sports and has achieved good results.However,the physical functional training is found in the teaching of colleges and Universities through consulting information.There are not many applications.At the same time,in our country,the physical condition of the students is declining.The state is becoming more and more important to the physical condition of the students.Therefore,in order to improve the students’ physique and provide some training methods for the colleges and universities,in this study,the physical function is adopted in the physical education classes of the ordinary universities.The method of Physical functional training,so that the physical quality of college students can be improved.In this study,two classes,Mathematics 1701 and Mathematics 1702,Department of Mathematics,Modern Arts and Science College,Shanxi normal University,were selected as the research objects.Class 1701 was selected as the experimental group,6 boys and 24 girls were selected as the control group,and class 1702 in Mathematics was used as the control group.We also selected 6 boys and 24 girls,30 students in each group.The height,weight and age of the two groups were tested by T correlation test,and the results showed that there was no difference between the two groups in the three items.Therefore,the experimental group can conduct physical function training experiment,the control group according to the traditional physical training method,the time is twelve.Week,the test before and after the experiment,the test items are issued by the state of physical health test content,including boys a minute to lead up,standing long jump,girls a minute sit-up,standing long jump.The results showed that after 12 weeks of relatively systematic training,the test scores of the two groups were higher than those of the original ones.In addition,the experimental group using physical functional training was compared with the control group of the traditional physical fitness training method.The results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the P values between the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group were all less than 0.05,which indicated that there was a significant difference between the two results by using physical functional training.One of the fastest rising results is the two test items for girls,and the other is the boys’ attractiveness.The difference between the two results is very significant.At the same time,by comparing the increase of pre test and post test,the increase of the four items in the control group is lower than that of the four projects in the experimental group.Therefore,it can be explained that the physical function optimization training can improve the performance of the college students’ physical fitness test,and also to improve the physical quality of the college students.At the same time,the physical function training can also be used as a positive and effective training method in physical education,so as to provide some new training methods for college teaching. |
