GXIBVC Based On PPP Mode Research On Construction Project Management Of New Campus

With the rapid development of our economy,our country's science and technology ability also has been a huge increase,at the same time,demand for high quality high ability talents quantity is also rising,these circumstances directly reflect the importance of higher education in our country,so most of the vocational colleges in our country,in accordance with the relevant national policy requirements,the original education park upgrading,rich education infrastructure,improve education park in all kinds of construction projects,to meet the demand of modern education and teaching and research needs.In the face of such construction projects in colleges and universities,some universities adopt the way of financing the construction of the PPP mode,this mode has been widely used abroad,but the mode of PPP project construction in China is still in its infancy.In view of the current economic situation and social situation in China,it is still necessary for Chinese experts and scholars to further study and explore how to apply PPP mode to the construction project of new campus in colleges and universities.By referring to the literature related to PPP mode,this paper gives a detailed overview of the broad definition and connotation characteristics of PPP mode,and studies the construction project management status of PPP mode at home and abroad.Based on GXIBVC as the research object,the new campus construction projects in GXIBVC the overall layout and planning of new campus construction project,to the project risk management and quality management as the breakthrough point,analysis of the new campus construction risk management and quality management,risk prevention strategies and quality control measures are pertinently put forward,on the basis of the PPP mode,for the construction of new campus of GXIBVC construction project risk management and quality management to provide necessary theoretical support and practical effect.It aims to enrich the research on the management of university construction projects under PPP mode in China.
