Education is an important road for national progress and national rejuvenation.In recent years,the state has continuously issued various policies to increase investment in infrastructure funds for compulsory education,seven departments such as the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Education also jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of High-level Modern Schools in Qingdao Primary and Middle Schools" in2018.Therefore,in recent years,the number of elementary and middle school campus construction projects has increased dramatically,but the current development in the field of project risk management research in China still needs to be improved,especially the risk management research in small-scale engineering and construction phases is relatively lacking.Campus construction projects are mostly underage primary and middle school students,and the user group is relatively special.Therefore,the project has higher standards and stricter requirements in terms of construction quality and construction standards than general engineering projects,and the project is more risk-tolerant low,it is very necessary to study risk management during the construction phase of primary and middle school campus construction projects.This article takes the A primary school campus construction project as a specific example to study the risks and management of the project during the construction stage to ensure that the project successfully completes the established construction goals.On the basis of consulting the literature on project risk management at home and abroad,the theoretical knowledge of risk management is applied to the campus construction project of A primary school?first,through a questionnaire survey method to identify the risk points of A primary school campus construction,Then through the expert discussion,the risk points are analyzed and judged in depth to form the final project risk identification list,the project's risk points include a total of four categories and 14 subcategories,of which the four types of risk points are ranked according to the degree of impact: progress risk,quality risk,cost risk,and security risk.Based on the identification of risk points,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to build an evaluation model,and the overall risk level of the project and the impact weight of each risk point are calculated.Combined with the actual situation of the project,putforward risk response measures.Aiming at the changes in the amount of work in progress risk,risk management and control measures are taken in the aspects of establishing and perfecting the construction organization plan and improving the construction technology.In view of the inadequate implementation of technology in quality risk,risk management and control are carried out in the establishment of a three-level project quality management system,clarification of job responsibilities,and improvement of quality inspection.In view of the rising cost of materials and labor in the cost risk,carry out risk management and control in the aspects of conscientiously studying and judging the construction organization plan,proposing the project materials and manpower use plan,and signing contracts with suppliers in advance.In view of the lack of safety awareness of personnel in safety risks,we carry out risk management and control in terms of regularly conducting safety production education and training,implementing safety production responsibility system,and actively cooperating with government regulatory departments in safety production inspection.
