Research On Risk Management Of New Campus Construction Project In M Universities

In the new campus construction project,the university as the construction side risk consciousness is insufficient and lacks the specialized project management experience and the matching management system.In addition,the new campus construction projects are generally large investment,construction projects are numerous,and the safety,quality,progress of the project has higher requirements,so that the project construction with higher risks.So in order to make the new campus construction project of colleges and universities complete smoothly and achieve the expected goal,risk management is necessary.First of all,it introduces the research status,contents and methods of construction project risk management at home and abroad.Select the appropriate research method according to the characteristics of this case.According to the theory of project risk management mentioned above,the author studies the whole project cycle risk management of new campus construction projects in M colleges and universities.Then the risk of each stage is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by AHP based on fuzzy mathematics theory.Finally,according to the size of each risk factor,the risk disposal scheme is given.Because the risk of the project is dynamic and variable,the risk disposal scheme for all kinds of forecast fixed risk has some limitations to solve the risk problem of the whole project.
