XX Vocational Colleges New Campus Construction Project Risk Management Research

At present, with the large demand in China for skilled professionals and qualified workers, the importance of higher occupation education in Higher Education in our country is becoming more and more obvious, higher vocational college enrollment brings the number of people of higher education increased dramatically, but the existing educational facilities in higher vocational colleges cannot meet the use of students, like teaching building and dormitory building has been overused, the phenomenon of the student activity space is crowded is everywhere, so the construction of the new campus is necessary to the sustainable development of Higher Vocational Colleges. The new campus construction of higher vocational colleges id different with general engineering project, and have different characteristics, so the research of project risk management is conducive to effective guarantee for the construction of new campus of Higher Vocational Colleges smoothly, promote the development of higher occupation education.This paper take XX Vocational College as the research object, on the basis of project risk management theory, first, introducing the planning of new campus construction project of XX higher vocational colleges, and then on the risk taker’s perspective, identifying risk factors of the construction project, next using investigation scoring method to conduct project risk evaluation, at the last, according to the results of analysis of risk factors put forward the corresponding risk prevention strategies, to provide reference for the risk control of the under construction new campus construction project of XX Higher Vocational Colleges.In this paper, it through the following six chapters on the thesis to discuss:The first chapter: introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the project of construction of new campus of higher vocational schools,and the domestic and foreign research situation and research methods.The second chapter: the related theoretical basis. It mainly expounds the basic theory of project risk management.The third chapter: the overall planning of the new campus construction projects of XX Higher Vocational colleges. It first introduces the basic situation of XX Higher Vocational Colleges and the planning, the second is the construction conditions of new campus construction project. Finally, it is the new campus construction goal.The fourth chapter: the identification and evaluation of new campus constructionprojects risk of XX Higher Vocational colleges. Risk identification is starting from the main risk-taking, analyzing the risk factors, and using survey scoring method to appraise the project risk.The fifth chapter: the risk management and control of new campus construction project of XX Higher Vocational colleges. It aiming at the risk factors put forward appropriate risk management and control measures.The sixth chapter: the conclusion and prospect. It mainly includes the main findings and research prospects of the thesis.
