Research On Employment Security Of Land-lost Farmers In The Process Of Urbanization

The advent of the era of science and technology has brought my country into a stage of rapid development,and the pace of urbanization has continued to accelerate during this period.Especially in recent years,my country’s poverty alleviation battle has achieved good results,which has given many cities and towns with lower economic levels more and more development opportunities.However,in the process of continuous urbanization,the difference between urban and rural areas is becoming more and more obvious.Adjusting the urban labor force structure,optimizing the security mechanism related to land-losing farmers,and solving employment problems for them have become important tasks in the development plan.As an important subject in the urbanization construction,land-lost farmers help them obtain job opportunities and obtain necessary employment security,which is an important prerequisite for the realization of urbanization development.The town into the research background,land-losing farmers in Changchun city as investigation object,and addresses the job security of land-losing farmers investigation and study,summarized the current situation of the land-losing farmers in the process of urbanization of Changchun city job security,analyzes the land-losing farmers in the process of urbanization of Changchun city job security problems and reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions according to the reality.It is found that there are several problems in employment security of land-lost farmers in the process of urbanization: first,the supply capacity of public employment service is insufficient;Second,formalization of re-employment education and skill training;Third,the effect of reemployment and entrepreneurship incentive policies is weakened;On this basis,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed from the aspects of relatively slow construction of public employment service mechanism,outdated re-employment education and skill training mechanism,and small role of employment and entrepreneurship incentive mechanism.On the basis of the above analysis,effective strategies are proposed from the aspects of strengthening employment service support construction for land-lost farmers,improving employment training management for land-lost farmers,implementing effective employment promotion and incentive mechanism,etc.,in order to better solve the employment security problem of land-lost farmers in Changchun during the process of urbanization.
